+ Posizione interessante

- Camera primo piano con affaccio su una corte interna, buia, rumorosa per gli impianti, problema enorme di vista introspezione, si sentono sbattere le porte sempre…dormire difficoltosa. I bagni in comune sono spesso sporchi, non riscaldati, doccia non scarica ti trovi i piedi in ammollo, e non viene fornito alcun set con doccia schiuma o Shampoo. Telecomando danneggiato…insomma una camera orrenda, pagato come doppia ma andato da solo. Se era con me mio figlio o mia moglie facevo un casinò da far tremare i muri. Camera inaccettabile. Il piumino viene fornito senza fodera, non è una trapunta, ovviamente macchiato!

+ I did’nt like anything

- The room is soffucating,the bathroom door is broken,the shower sink is clogged,very noisy.In the room there is a sink to wash the face but no warm water.You cannot lean properly in the bed because the headboard is moving and made of woo.Its uncomfortable.The kettle is dirty and full of stain.The lights is uncomfortable.And the matress and towel is too old.

- Baño compartido y sucio las veces que fuimos , colchones terriblemente malos.

+ La ubicación. Y el personal.

+ War ein rundum toller Aufenthalt. Ausstattungstechnisch ist alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sehr sauber. Maria ist eine wirklich sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Da ganze Drumherum toll. Mitten in der Pampa. U.a. auch Pfauen (Vogel) im Garten. Wirklich extrem entspannende Umgebung. Dazu ist Formentera eine der schönsten Inseln, auf der wir bisher waren.

+ El orden la luminosidad y la limpieza

- Que se hoyen bastante las voces y ruidos de los vecinos ..que hablan ad alta voz .. igualmente a una cierta ora note después de las 23 todo en silencio

+ Struttura molto vicina al porto e al centro di Ivissa, giusta per accogliere una persona.

- Non mi è piaciuto il bagno in comune visto il prezzo pagato.

+ Lovely staff our door lock broke and we were moved straight away, very clean and comfy

- Nothing

+ Super cozy, very easy to self checkin, extremely helpful and flexible staff who were happy to accommodate small requests. This is a gem, especially for the money!

+ Las instalaciones están super limpias y cuidadas. La cama muy cómoda, la temperatura del ambiente y las duchas era perfecta.

- La insonorización podría ser mejor, si bien es un lugar tranquilo en general, se escucha a los vecinos si hablan alto por la noche.

+ The rooms were light, airy and comfey. Thr location is perfect for exploring all quaters of Ibiza town.

- Can be quite noisy 🙄
