Most of the staff and volunteers, except Katia and the cleaning lady, were very rude and unfriendly. Questions were often answered with “I don’t speak English.” When trying to use a translator, they rolled their eyes. There were no Social activities, we were very bored. I went to many hostels but I Never saw volunteers and staff so unfriendly and rude. The rooms were unbearably hot, and the fans were full of dust that looked years old. Card payment was also not possible.

- No te avisan que el pago deb ser solo en efectivo. Literas muy incomodas, ventiladores sin mantenimiento, mucho desorden con los otros huéspedes, para el desayuno esta muy bien que cada quien se lo haga, pero mínimo que pongan accesibles todas las cosas necesarias como aceite y sal. Trate de hablar con el encargado sobre mis diversas y no buenas experiencias y no fue posible

- No había cambio de agua fría y caliente, falta trapo en la cocina para poder limpiar la barra. Se tiene que explicar el cómo abrir y cómo funciona el lock de la entrada.

+ Me gustó la zona en la que está el hostal. Muy cerca del Malecón y las instalaciones están decentes. Me agradó el lugar.

- Las habitaciones dan a la calle y se escucha mucho ruido

This is an amazing place to stay! The workers were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt so welcome in this beautiful place.
