Little Hanoi Diamond

Expected so much more tbh. Cleanliness so average. Breaky was missable. Stayed at places much nicer in Hanoi for much cheaper 🫠

We were just there for one night, arrived late and left early the next day but this hotel was perfect. The reception were very helpful, the location was great so that we could walk to the lake in the middle of Hanoi Old Quarter and stretch our legs after the flight. Breakfast was also early enough in the morning that we managed to grab a bite to eat before getting picked up which was fantastic! Wish we could have stayed longer!

This property had everything we needed. Location was great, in old quarter, walking distance to all the sites. This is a hotel, not a party hostel which was what we wanted. breakfast was good too.

Despite reserving the superior room, we still did not have a window. Moreover, the bed was very hard. However, the complementary breakfast was great and the staff were very nice. There are definitely some rooms to be careful of booking, as some were right beside the breakfast room and I can imagine they were very loud in the morning.

Cold, noisy, not thoroughly clean. Also for the balance not paid via website they charged a 3% card fee.

Pretty decent for the price. Everything was clean. Shower and bathroom were clean and the shower was hot. No natural light in my room and pretty noise so you could here all other rooms. My keycard did only work every 10th time but was okay. Staff was super friendly and helped a lot out to plan my self organised trip to sapa. Would do it again. As it’s a hotel no way to socialise and no common area but that was expected.

To be clear this isn't a hostel in any way, shape, or form, and really shouldn't even be on this website. We had a nice spacious room, but the honking from the street through the window was quite noisy. Friendly staff and an otherwise pleasant stay.

Our room didn’t have windows. But other than that, the staff was really nice and it was pretty clean.

Staff were really lovely and attentive. Rooms where big and spacious with a lot of natural light. I really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel in the centre of old quarter. The location is perfect for exploring the city while still providing a clean and comfortable place to sleep.
