Arrivo e non si apre L’armadietto per le chiavi. Telefono 7 VOLTE, SETTE, e la tipa mi chiude il telefono in faccia dopo due squilli ignorandomi bellamente. Passa più di un’ora e arriva scocciata ad aprire senza nemmeno salutare. Entro in camera e trovo tavolo e poltrona PIENI di briciole. Assistenza e disponibilità 0, gentilezza 0. Sono andata via senza neanche dormire una notte.

El lugar es céntrico pero la atención es mala, poca colaboración para quien llega de lejos y no conoce. Mara predisposición. Poco amables.

Kaikki äänet kuului kovaa seinien läpi, eikä voinut nukkua kunnolla. Myös jätti sotkuisen vaikutelman eikä mene sinne enää.

Оплатили номер на четверьіх, получили номер на троих, попросили поменять номер , отказали, посоветовав оплатить дополнительньій номер. Очень грязно. В туалете шатается унитаз, на стенах коричневьіе следьі, в кухне пьіль, посуда вся со сколами и трещинами.

Our room was horrible. The heater had no device to turn it down so we had to constantly leave the windows open. Our matress was so old that you were sleeping on metallwire the whole night. As our room was directly next to the front door everytime someone would leave or check in we were waking up. After asking the staff to switch the rooms because this was defnetley not what we were expecting, all they had to offer was a fan to keep the room cool. The bathroom was okay. It was a little bit stinky...

Je note très rarement négativement mais la je suis obligé. Je ne suis pas le seul à qui c'est arrivé j'ai vu dans les commentaires. J'ai reçu message de confirmation avec écrit " je vous envoie les code prochainement", je n'ai jamais reçu aucun message de leur part, aucune réponse depuis 15h, réception personne réponds alors que c'est indiqué ouverte jusqu'à 00h.. J'ai du attendre sur place, perdre du temps pour avoir qu'une annulation le lendemain matin ! Si vous avez un problème...

DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOSTEL !!!! THE ROOMS ARE HORRIBLE AND THERE IS NO ONE AT THE RECEPTION !!!! MANY PEOPLE HAD TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOSTEL BECAUSE THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR CODE. AND NO ONE ANSWERED ON THE PHONE !!!!

Our reservation was partly canceled with no reason and we had to find another hotel to stay for second night. Stuff behavior was extreamly unfrendly. I am very sad about it :((

Hôtel bien situé et c'est tout ! Hôtel situé au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur opérationnel, chambre très bruyante et étouffante,literie médiocre. Plomberie à revoir dans les douches: odeur nauséabonde et douche qui n'evacue pas l'eau correctement !(destop disponible dans la salle de bain...)

Überteuert. Versprechen werden nicht eingehalten. Wir haben laut Website ein „Double Room Ensuite(Private Bathroom)“ für 214€ für vier Nächte gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Viererzimmer für uns alleine, ohne angebundenes Badezimmer. Wir mussten die Gemeinschaftsbäder benutzen. Diese waren dreckig und überschwemmt. Am schlimmsten waren die Toiletten, teilweise waren diese sehr primitiv ausgestattet. Zum Frühstück sollte es laut Website Pancakes geben. Diese gab es an drei von vie...

Lovely stay

Muy céntrico (muy cerca del restaurante Olde Hansa y de la puerta Viru de la muralla) y bastante silencioso para la zona. Buena la calefacción, pero no teníamos ni un botecito/dispensador de gel y/o champú. En toda la estancia no vimos al personal de recepción.

Lovely place to stay- clean and communal space very welcoming and well equipped. I would highly recommend this place

Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa oli paras mahdollinen. Hinta-laatusuhde oli kunnossa. Siisti. Henkilökunta todella ystävällinen ja kirjautumisohjeet kuvalliset ja selkeät. Huone oli todella kylmä. Majoituin helmikuun alussa, ulkona oli pakkasta. Huoneessa oli patteri päällä. Asiasta mainittuani henkilökunta tarjosi lisäpeittoa.

We would definitely reccomend coming here and we'd also come back here, if we visit Tallinn again :) met some amazing people in this hostel and just enjoyed our stay there.

"automatic" shower that doesn't work. this is a failed attempt to be a eco-hostel same for light sensors in wc

I had a lovely stay here! The hostel was cozy and very quiet so I slept well. The bed was also very comfy. The location is ideal as you have everything you need within a very walkable distance. I’d defiantly stay again

En plein centre de Tallin cette auberge de jeunesse satisfait toutes les attentes d'un tel établissement. Espace commun très agréable contenant tout le nécessaire de cuisine, plusieurs toilettes et douches. Informations sur les visites possibles disponibles L'accès est facile et les instructions claires. Nous recommandons.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The place was comfortable, and the private rooms with shared bathrooms were quiet and convenient for a few days of rest. The bathrooms and shower weren’t perfectly clean, but still acceptable. The location is excellent — very central and close to everything. The staff were also very helpful. I arrived early and was able to leave my backpack before check-in, and they let me store it again after check-out, which made everything much easier. Overall, a plea...

Excellent EVERYTHING! PERFECT location. (Better, IMPOSSIBLE). Clean, silent, easy to find. It is MUCH BETTER than a hostel. And the BEST was the host, Nelly. The PERFECT HOST. THANX A LOT AGAIN! 👍👍😉😉😉 Conclusion: DO NOT MISS IT. Totally recommended.

飯店招牌不太好找，記得認這個牌子！ 入住前會寄送密碼給你自行辦理入住，住宿的門不是很好打開，是舊式門鎖有時候剛好卡的位子不太對就會很難將鑰匙插入，我某一天的晚上就被困在外面鑰匙插不進去非常絕望，幸好有裡面的房客幫我開了門，房間內角落這不清楚是什麼，有時會亮紅燈 其餘良好，床非常舒服、洗澡空間大，也有共用冰箱，隔音普通，如果別房進出聲音...

Nelly runs a very clean tight ship. Would recommend and stay again for sure.

Nice little hostel with only private rooms. The staff was helpful even out of the reception time. Self check-in was easy. Small kitchen fully equipped. Great location in the old town. Courtside room are quiet.
