- Everything was awful in this hotel the room smell something that died and one of us get out from this with mite and we have to put the sheets in the bed. The staff at breakfast were tube ,especially the man with long hair

- Dividi o quarto com mais 3 pessoas. No entanto, o quarto não tinha lugar para deixar as malas, o quarto estava uma bagunça, tinha roupa espalhada, comida e cigarro. Dormiam de luz acesa, e as pessoas ficavam entrando e saindo, podia ouvir elas comendo dentro do quarto, ou indo ao banheiro que fica do lado das camas. Não tinha roupa de cama. Me senti dormindo em uma praça pública. Não dormi nada.

+ I was paying 15 euros per night , but seems that a normally their prices are lower and other people paid 12 euros, so if you make reservation in advance prepare to pay more , if you leave it to the last day the prices goes down… normally should ve the contrary and respect people who organize their trips in advance

+ Their kitchen is super dirty, there nothing you can cook in there like pot or frying pan or knives …some people stole my food they dont have cameras in there. A camera would be good ,at least would make people aware of their acts.

The hostel was overall nice and clean. However I was there only for a night to explore it completely. Based on my stay I would recommend lockers in the room, bedside sockets for charging and beds to be made instead of bedding just provided.

Hostel parfait pour 1 nuit pas plus, l’emplacement est bien si il s’agit d’une escale car proche de la gare mais un peu loin du centre historique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et dotées d’un casier qui peut être fermé, mais pas très propre. Le Check in automatique n’est pas pratique si vous avez réservés une chambre femme puisqu’il faut quand même la validation du staff qui est débordé (une personne pour tout - bar réception et autres) Beaucoup trop d’enfants...
The hostel is perfect for 1 night no more, the location is good if it is a car stop near the station but a little far from the historic center. the rooms are spacious and have a locker that can be closed, but not very clean. the automatic check in is not practical if you have booked a ladies room since you still need the validation of the staff which is overwhelmed (one person for everything - reception bar and others) Too many screaming children.

overall, this is one of the dirtiest hostels i’ve stayed in. the beds weren’t turned when got to the room, legit pustules still on the sheets. housekeeping couldn’t turn the beds, but when i finally made my bed, they then decided to turn it. the guest kitchen was hot and gross, floors bubbling from water damage. everyone had an awful check in experience. disrespectful rowdy school groups; literally threw water on my friend while she was in the hall. wouldn’t stay here again.
No problems, basic hostel and good location. Staff was nice and room was clean. As other reviews say, there are a lot of kids, but we had a 4 person room to ourselved and didn't hear them at night. Would come again if I need to stay in the city for a night or two.
Die Nachtruhe wurde nicht eingehalten und nicht durchgesetzt. In 4 von 4 Nächten wurde "aus Spass" an unsere Türe geklopft, laut geschrien und im Gang gerannt, sodass man nicht schlafen konnte. Der Staff war nicht sehr hilfsbereit weder im Check-In noch bei sonstigen Anliegen.
The night curfew was not observed and not enforced. on 4 of 4 nights "aus Spass" knocked on our door, shouted loudly and ran in the gang so that we could not sleep. the staff was not very helpful either at check-in or with other matters.
Am ersten Abend war ein 7. Mädchen in meinem 6er Zimmer und am letzten auf einmal ein Mann im Frauenschlafsaal. Darum wurde sich jedoch schnell gekümmert. Ansonsten war es sauber und Check-in und Check-out waren einfach organisiert.

The staff wasn’t helpful AT ALL… they were actually really rude… they put me and my friend in different beds… so she had to sleep next to a stranger… the room was clean and the hostel is in a good location!
I find a&o hostel good and acceptable for short stays. Just two things that you could make better: 1. Add info about breakfast. As I booked a room, I didn’t know, if there was breakfast in the hostel. 2. In some rooms there’s no lockers for personal things. Especially it’s important for mixed rooms, as there come and go many people, and if something from you would be stolen, you’d never know who to blame. Luckily for me, my stuff was left as it was.

The room could be cleaner. This hostel is absolutely nothing special. People are very noisy and lots of kids running around the halls which is quite annoying. Probably gonna choose something else next time.
Children everywhere. Running up and down the halls at night, knocking on doors, you name it. Staff was nice.
Always school kids on school trips, very loud in the hallways, the kitchen is very messy with not nearly enough dishes or silverware, and people steal your food even if you’ve marked it.

DO NOT stay when there are school trips staying, we had teenagers screaming and running in the halls right outside our room, trying to open the door, knocking and running away etc for hours. Staff sent up security after I told them but be warned they accept 14+ age wise, not great if you’ve been travelling hours and want quiet.

J’adore a&o, mais à Wien c’était un peu étrange. On avait des lits attitrés qui ont été donné d’autre personnes avant notre arrivé. Des lits superposés anciens très enfantins. Pas de rideaux ou d’intimité possible. Salle de bain pleine de cheveux. Je recommande peut être pour des dortoirs + petits ou chambres privés.
I love it, but in Vienna it was a bit strange. we had attached beds that were given to other people before we arrived. very childish old bunk beds. no curtains or privacy possible. bathroom full of hair. i recommend maybe for dorms + small or private rooms.
