+ La ubicación céntrica, cerca de todos los monumentos principales. Máquina de café en la habitación para uso del huésped.
- Parking. Se publicita en Booking entre los hoteles que disponen de servicio parking, sin embargo es un parking público a unos 12 minutos a pie. Quisimos cancelar porque no sabíamos esto y lo cogimos expresamente porque ponía parking pero no nos dieron opción porque elegimos sin cancelación. No nos gustó cómo lo gestionó el hotel. Luz de la mesilla fundida. Aire acondicionado sin mando.

- The most disappointing hotel experience of my life. We stayed in a 1st floor room, expecting a city view, but instead were given a room facing a wall. The room had almost no natural light, and since people could pass by, we had to keep the curtains closed the entire time. It felt like being in a basement. Several issues made the stay unbearable: 1. The bed was extremely poor quality — it sank under the slightest weight, and after just two nights I had severe back pain. 2. The air conditioner did not cool the room and was unbearably noisy. Even when turned off, the electrical humming continued. 3. Our room was directly opposite the kitchen, so it was impossible to sleep in the mornings due to the constant clattering of dishes. 4. There was also a bad odor coming from the bathroom. When we reported these issues to the staff, they showed no concern. They simply said the hotel was full, yet Booking.com was still showing plenty of available rooms. Bordeaux was meant to be the highlight of our France trip, but this hotel ruined the experience. I do not recommend staying here.

- Plus d'électricité pour la deuxième nuit . Le personnel, qui ètait courant de la panne, n'a du tout était réceptif ! Nous avons connu l'hôtel lorsqu'il s'appelait encore Sainte Catherine et , aujourd'hui, cela n'a plus rien à voir !

+ La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos sur booking ! Très petite chambre pire qu’un formule 1! Odeur désastreuse dans la chambre, malgré notre appel à la réception personne a pris notre demande en compte! Tout absolument tout était nul! Les gels douches à moitié remplis, mini bar vide, odeur infecte.. je déconseille fortement surtout une chambre que j’ai payé 120€ !! Honte à eux

- We had a medical emergency during the first evening and our son was taken seriously iLL, after which the hotel staff said we were no longer welcome at the hotel at one of the worst moments of our life

- Déception totale de la prestation chambre simple quelle moquerie que de facturer celle ci à ce prix… literie et linge de lit non adaptés…personnel à la réception s’engageant sur une possible solution puis se rétractant instantanément… attitude non professionnelle…

+ Perfect location right in the middle of town, receptionists and staff really helpful and nice. Everything very clean and welcoming.
- There is some noise at night if you like a window open but you can’t get this central without noise. When the Windows are closed then the noise is gone. 😊

+ L'hôtel est bien situé au cœur de Bordeaux, idéal pour visites. La chambre est spacieuse avec tout le confort attendu. Accueil efficace et sympathique. En amont les consignes sont claires et la proposition de parking en partenariat avec l'hôtel est appréciable. Dans ce cas , il est situé à 10 minutes à pied. Petit déjeuner très varié et personnel sympathique.

+ Perfect location for a break in Bordeaux.
+ We always stay at the Quality Hotel when in Bordeaux. An excellent hotel, friendly helpful staff and in a great position.
- This was a last minute trip, and we took the first room that came up. Unfortunately we felt it was too small for us (especially the bathroom). It was cheaper of course, and no fault of the hotel, but we will be more careful next time.

- No se puede acceder al hotel en coche para dejar el equipaje.
