When we arrived they had no room, so we had already booked.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSTEL!!! Once we got there they said they are fully booked and suggested we cancelled the booking since they didn’t want to help us. After two hours of arguing they moved us to a shed in a backyard in some other Inn next door (which was HORRIBLE). We got one final night at the cottage. The staff working there are not service minded at all and it all just seems like a huge scam.
Really disappointed in this property. The water that came out of the tap was dirty, the toilet smelt of faeces, the shower was basic. The staff were not interested in providing a good experience and were hostile to discussions about the room. They were unaware of the booking, then asked me to pay the whole invoice in cash despite me already paying a deposit online. Only when I showed them the proof of payment did they accept that I had already paid a portion. Avoid if possible.
Worst experience ever. With out communication they took us to the most dirty place ever. Reason: too many bookings. We decided to pack our bags and ask for a refund. No sorry or solution. Don’t go to this place!
do not book this accomodation upon check-in the receptionist took me to accomodation in adjacent property and showed me to my room, I soon realised this was not the accomodation I booked, it wasn’t apparent in the dark and they certainly didn’t explain to me at the time Mina grande charged me €17 euros which they have refused to refund The accomodation they took me to next door was dirty, it had no water at times building work all day , trucks turning up being offloaded outside property...
Reserved a room in the stone building. Upon checking this was not available, so instead they gave us a shack at the beach. This was not nice at all, made of wood and paper, run down, dirty and construction going on outside. So forget relax vacation Ask the owner for a cancellation since this is not what we booked. Not possible bla bla bla. Only after insisting multiple times he agreed. Not recommended
We booked for 2 nights but left after the first one. The people are nice but the night there should cost not more than 10usd.
The room was basic but had air conditioning and a decent-sized bathroom. Its prime feature is the beachfront location. Unfortunately, two issues arose during my stay. Firstly, when I booked "Tour A" they didn't provide evidence of my payment for the environmental fee. Consequently, I had to pay it again on a subsequent tour. Secondly, one of my sandals vanished from the porch overnight and couldn't be found. Perhaps a stray dog nabbed it? Not bad but fairly expensive for what it is.
+ konnten ohne weiteres eine Nacht verlängern + Roller konnte direkt vor Ort ausgeliehen werden - Handtücher hatten Lippenstiftflecken / Ich würde es nicht empfehlen direkt vor Ort schwimmen zu gehen (super viele Seeigel) - Gelbes Wasser aus der Leitung + nettes Arial

Die Hütten sind direkt am Strand, was viel ausmacht. Wir haben ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, als wir eigentlich gebucht hatten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (Rollerverleih, Wäsche, gratis Wasser). Die Hütten sind allerdings etwas heruntergekommen bzw. in die Jahre gekommen. Direkt neben dem Hostel ist ein Kajak-Verleih, man kann schöne Strände drumherum erkunden.
The cabins are directly on the beach, which was a great advantage. we got a larger room than we had actually booked. the staff is very friendly and helpful (roller rental, washing, free water). the cabins have however been slightly reduced or have come down over the years. directly next to the hostel is a kayak-rental, you can explore beautiful beaches around.

Amazing place and staff

These have just been renovated and are lovely little homes to stay in for your time in el nido. The rooms have Wi-Fi, temped shower, beds and a mini fridge. The cottages are still basic but provide you with all you need and for a very good price. They will clean and tidy your room whenever you desire. Have free clean cold and hot water, plenty of outside communal space and cheap beer available to buy. The cottages give you a real family vibe with the owners living on site.

Beautiful beach location, helpful staff and clean hut and bathroom. Only tiny downside is loud air con. We were happily surprised by a breakfast and coffee left on the porch of the hut for us in the morning.
