+ I liked the location.

- The staff were sub par. House Keeping came once in our 5 days at the very beginning. They did not do a good job and took our towels but did not leave new ones. We went to the reception to ask for some towels around 7 pm, she said she would bring them up. Then at 8:30 we had to ask again, she assured us she would bring them up. By 10:30 we realised we weren't getting towels, she had finished her shift and left. On the second day we requested no house keeping as my husband was sick and had to stay in bed, then they never came again for the rest of the stay. We were told the elevator was out of order after we paid. Then on our last day we asked for a late check out, we were told that it would be at 12:30 and it would be free of charge. Then on check out day the staff kept hassling when I explained we had a late check out they then came to the room and tried to make us pay. Overall it was a bad stay and I would not recommend it.

- nhân viên dọn vệ sinh tự ý vô dọn phòng, không thông báo trước, cũng không nhắc đến gì về vấn đề này, cực kì bức xúc, thái độ lễ tân nam cực kì khó chịu, phòng thì mốc, ưu đãi chính sách không rõ ràng, thiệt hại cho du khách rất nhiều về mặt tinh thần

- Cafard partout sous le lit et la douche Porte de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas Draps et serviettes de douche troué et tachés

- Tôi đặt 2 phòng ngủ, do chuyến bay delay, tôi đã gọi họ để báo đến trể nhưng không được. Họ đã không hủy đặt chỗ của tôi trên booking.com nhưng họ đã nhắn tin hủy phòng của tôi và khi tôi tới vào nửa đêm, không có đủ phòng cho cả nhà, phải chờ đợi và giải quyết rất lâu. Nhân viên luôn cãi và thoái thoát trách nhiệm, nhất là bộ phận sales. Hy vọng không có khách nào bị như gia đình tôi nữa.

+ The worst hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. We chose it, because they surve the breakfast- when we Chek in - we ask about that, the administrator told that everything is OK and in morning we would have our meal. In the morning the other staff at the desk told thaa there are no any breakfast. We were shocked. We were with kids. They gave us room on the 6th floor, the elevator works just till 5th. We were with kids and heavy trunks, no one help us. The room was very dirty, the dust was everywhere. Disgusting! At 5 on the morning right near our room the girl was chilling during the sex. Once again, we were with kids.

- Staffs’ attitude. None of them were trained for the job. They don’t say any words like “Hello” or “Thank you”.

+ Хороший отель, мыли каждый день , но выбирайте внимательно, нам попался номер без окна , а точнее окно было с видом на вентиляционную шахту. Вообщем чисто , комфортно, рядом с морем и центром!)
