Hotel Acapulco

Ok location. What really bugged us that our bed was broken when we got into the room right away, so we went downstairs to ask the receptionist for help. She was LOVELY but the manager was not around and we had to sit in the front waiting for him with no response for an hour. When he finally arrived he put a box to hold it up temporarily and said he would fix it the following day but never did. Cleaner walked right into our room without knocking with us inside. Rooms and bathrooms were smelly.

I’m dissatisfied with the lack of WiFi.

overall very bad experience. our room was given to somebody else (even though we arrived at 15:00h, but she admitted that she did it a day ago already), so we had to change the room after 1 day. no parking spot available. breakfast is definitely not worth the money, just go to one of the many lovely bakeries nearby. the only good thing about this "hotel" is that you can walk to the city center in about 15min. staff was not very helpful (and a bit rude, because my French is a bit rusty)

The place was pretty hard to find and one the receptionist was extremely rude even though I had informed that I was arriving early told me to go out and Stand in the rain (it was 5 degree Celsius)while I was telling i have a reservation here. The rooms don't have wifi even though they have mentioned there is wifi facilities

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes. Trois petits lits dans une chambre à la déco ancienne. Néanmoins la literie est confortable. Pas très bien insonorisé et beaucoup de mal à trouver une place de parking.

The location is great. It is a 10 minute walk to le Promenade de Peyrou and l’Arc de Triomphe, where l’Ecusson (the old town) begins. You are away from the busy and loud streets, but they are easily accessible. The building is securely locked at night, so it is safe. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, make for a really nice stay. That said, the bathrooms smell a bit and the furnishings are a little shabby.

Its an average hotel. We got there at 3:30pm and our room wasnt ready for us so they were cleaning the room around us. Barely any toilet paper was given, so we ran out and theres no spare. Doesnt feel very safe but we were fine. Air conditioning is good and staff are very friendly.

It was 2 of us and we booked a small double room. The room was basic and clean. Even though it was small, we had all the required amenities. There was no elevator though and it's a little bit further away from the centre but very walkable.

Nice quiet place close to the University where I was attending a conference

I had a very good stay in this hotel. The staff was really helpful and friendly and the room was clean. I can highly recommend.

Lovely old building, staff were very friendly, comfortable and clean. This is good value for the price but it is very basic and in an old building so has things that come with that including a strong drainage smell. But that was manageable and I really enjoyed my stay.

Very sweet, cosy and quiet hotel. WiFi and shower were good and my bed was very comfortable. You can get there easily from the train station on the no. 1 tram, and it's about 10 minutes' walk from the Jardin de Plantes and the edge of the old town. I didn't try the breakfast, but there are no cafés nearby so it's probably a good idea. Glad I chose it over a chain hotel

I had a lovely time! It's a cosy, quiet place, building is somewhat old, but nice and has access to a garden. Good breakfast. Bear in mind it is a hotel, rather than a hostel, so there was no kitchen or living room area to hang out if that is what you are after and the staff is not there in the evening.

This hostel/hotel feels so personal and cozy. You really see that the people put effort into their work here. Staff is super welcoming too! Best bang for your buck.

Lovely place, close to city centre with charming staff.

I had 2 very good days in Montpellier at the Acapulco. You are in the old centre in no time, very good rooms, with airco. The hosts were kind and easy to talk to and have clear instructions how to get in and out of the hotel at night.

Incroyable hôtel avec un accueil réellement phénoménal. On m'a traité avec une bienveillance remarquable et l'endroit est simplement magnifique, à côté de la promenade du Peyrou où j'ai pu passer pas mal de temps. Je me suis fait dévoré par les moustiques mais dès les premières secondes je savais que j'allais passer un excellent moment. Merci à vous pour l'accueil !!

Great hotel! It's not a hostel so it's not social. I used it as a getaway from dorm life and it was perfect. I felt very safe and it was super clean. They had breakfast for 8 euros - fruit, bread and coffee. It was really quiet. The garden was beautiful and quiet although there were mosquitos outside. The employee at the desk was super nice.
