Me and my friend group stayed here for two nights and I would really recommend this home stay. The staff was incredible, so kind and welcoming! They helped us everyday with our hiking route and fixed everything. The food we got served was also incredible. The owners was so kind and caring, if you are thinking about booking this stay DO IT!!!

Best homestay ever - stay here! Li Hong and her family are the loveliest people I have ever met. The place is everything you’re looking for, conveniently located inside Yangjiajie west gate - which means you can get on the mountain as quick as possible. The food is excellent, all the amenities - you really feel at home here. Thank you so much for having me xoxo

A wonderful spot right inside the park on the west gate; room was spacious and clean. Host is super helpful in navigating the park, purchasing tickets, and cooking meals (not included in hotel price but well worth it). Def the prettiest spot I’ve stayed in and the west gate has much fewer crowds.

IMPORTANT: HOSTELWORLD ADDRESS AND MAP LOCATION ARE INCORRECT! Go to the Zhangjiajie West Gate Ticket station - it is a five-minute walk through the gate on the left! Fantastic inn - location is brilliant with the free shuttle bus stopping outside frequently. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the home-cooked food is amazing! Li Hong, the host, is so helpful and friendly, always willing to offer advice. A quiet, relaxing place to stay inside the park! Really recommend!

Such a great way to experience Ziangjiajie! The hostel is inside the park so you’re so close to the mountains, and the room was spacious, clean and well equipped! The highlight however was the host Li Hong - such a friendly person, it was lovely to chat to her. She had great recommendations of how to spend your time in the park, and also is a brilliant chef! I highly recommend the smoked pork. All in all highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic, convenient stay. 100/10

Perfect little place. Literally inside the national park and just a couple min away from the cablecar terminal by minibus. The staff was great (loved chatting to and having tea with Li Hong and her husband!), the food was really great, and the atmosphere, while not necessarily the kind of place you'll meet a lot of other travelers, was also great. Really feels like authentic rural China, and Karaoke night was very fun :) Perhaps slightly expensive compared to other options but well worth it imo.

We absolutely loved our stay in Li Hong's home, and we would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to visit Zhanjiajie. The house is located super conveniently inside the park, and is just a couple minutes away from all the important access points. It is a beautiful home with a lovely courtyard, river access, and surrounded by nature. La propriétaire était fantastique ! Elle nous a vraiment beaucoup aidé avec les billets d’entrée au parc. On a commandé en ligne mais elle a trouvé un rabais et cela nous a sauvé presque 25€. Juste un truc à noter, l’emplacement sur la carte de hostel world est incorrect ; l’auberge se trouve dans le parc mais si vous avez WeChat ou un numéro chinois c’est vraiment facile de contacter la propriétaire. Zhangjiajie is magical. The family homestay is located inside the park, just after west gate. This adea is quiet. Its not a hostel but family guesthouse. There is a small courtyard, river with a beautiful environment. We could take the eco-friendly bus right at the doorstep to go into the mountains for sightseeing every day, which was very convenient. We are also very grateful to the owner, Li Hong, for helping planning the route. Be sure to follow the route, or you will get lost. Thanks family

This was the best priced and most comfortable hostel I have stayed in on my travels. The owners were so kind and even personally drove us to the station at 5 am upon our departure. It’s very clean has amazing facilities as well as a pool and is ideally located inside the national park so anything you would like to see on your stay is within walking distance. We made four different stops when we first went to China, and this hostel at Zhangjiajie was easily the nicest, coziest and most accommodating place we stayed at. The room and common area decorations make you feel like you are living in rural China, but, of course, with all of the modern amenities you need.
