Zero signage to tell you where the hostel is. There is a restaurant at the front with a different name and nothing to show the hostel is in the same building. never saw any staff the whole time apart from the maintenance man. The room was old, tired and not that clean, there was no hot water the first night and next day as they had literally blocked off the water flow. Had communication issues and payment issues as the maintenance guy was the only person there, the owners care more about the bar

Un lugar muy tranquilo y el toque antiguo de la casa es muy especial. Lo recomiendo. Un lugar muy céntrico, a minutos de cualquier lugar de puerto varas. La atención muy buena, preocupados y atentos. Siempre apoyan con cualquier cosa.

Excelente experiencia con el plus de ser una casa histórica.

Great location, the view from the room was incredible, the room was spacious and clean, the checkin and checkout was fast. I only spent 1 night so didn't check out the common spaces.

Ostello famigliare in cui ci si sente a casa. Camere grandi con vista sul lago e sul vulcano, personale gentilissimo, molto disponibile, ci hanno fatto il check alle 8:00 del mattino senza chiedere supplemento. Giardino ottimo anche per rilassarsi dopo una gita.
