Mi habitación estaba al lado del baño y tenía una ventana. Cuando algún pasajero entraba al baño y encendía la luz, mi habitación se iluminaba. No me dieron toalla. La habitación tenía un piso de madera que no aparentaba limpieza. El mismo que era ruidoso. No entiendo por qué tenía tan buena calificación. Sé a lo que fui, un hospedaje económico, no pido más por lo que he pagado. Sin embargo estaba por debajo de lo austero.
My room was next to the bathroom and had a window. When some passenger came into the bathroom and I turned on the light, my room lit up. I didn't get a towel. The room had a wooden floor that didn't look clean. The same one that was noisy. I don't understand why I had such good grades. I know what I went to, a budget hostel, I don't ask for more than what I paid. However it was below austere.
They fabricate an exchange rate to steal extra cash from the guests 10am check out is not generous. They wanted to charge me 75% of an extra night to check out early afternoon haha
Very bad experience. We couldn't travel to Cusco due to the dangerous demostrations, alarm status and lockdown. We tried to contact several times to the hostel: thru email and phone call. We never got an answer. We never got a discount or a refound. Shameful.
na parte do meu custo o chão de madeira fazia muito barulho. Rosa que servia o café da manhã é a pessoa mais simpática. as outras meninas não da bom dia e não agradece. fica uma atmosfera ruim no ambiente
Rosa who serves or breakfast is the nicest person. the other girls don't say good morning and don't thank. get a bad atmosphere in the environment
Almost no natural light, wayy more noisy than promised in other reviews and the girl that was working at reception for the 3 days we were staying there was so passive and lethargic that it borders rudeness. She kept loudly watching music videos, also whilst checking us in, and barely answered questions if at all (even if posed in Spanish). In our last night she kept talking with a man super loudly in the reception area at 4 A.M. and did not stop even after we asked them TWICE to be more silent.
Importante si se refuerza a la chica que esta de día en el hostal, el servicio al cliente, enfocada con la amabilidad. La habitación que esta al lado del baño, esta tan cerca al baño que se siente que acompañara a los que usan el baño, importante que piensen en bloquear la entrada de luz y el ruido que viene del baño. Lo demás muy bien.
Important if it reinforces the girl who is in the hostel during the day, the customer service, approached with kindness. the room that is next to the bathroom, is so close to the bathroom that it feels like it will accompany those who use the bathroom, important that they think about blocking the entrance of light and noise coming from the bathroom. the rest is fine.

It was a bit out of the way for me. Some of the staff were not helpful didn't explain anything about the how things work like getting hot showers. Very probably could not really speak English I had to ask front dest to turn on hot water. the morning coffee was awful. My hands and face were cold at night. I wore gloves at night in room no heater available.
We stayed there because we thought it would be calm but we were in the bedroom at the ground floor and we could hear everything, the belle of the reception, the loud TV and the people above us walking all night or getting up a 4am for tours.... also we left some food in the fridge which got stolen even though there is always someone at the reception (view on the kitchen). We are a bit disappointed and it's a hostel of private rooms only so you don't really meet anyone ... and it was very cold
If you are looking foe a cheap hotel experience, and private rooms, this is it. if you are looking for a true hostel.... there is no tenant kitchen, no communal space and it is very loud both with people moving throughout the facility during the night as well as next door. staff is very friendly, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are working

I loved staying here since there was a lot of privacy and the staff was very helpful with everything. I actually came here because I had stayed in shared dormitories for so long that I really felt like I needed a space for myself. As I was staying directly next to the bathroom I was able to hear everything other guests were doing in there, but that’s pretty much the only drawback that this place has. The hostel is quite central and it’s easy to reach the main plaza from there.

Staff on site was really friendly and helpful! Comfortable place , close to Inca rail 🚂 that’s a befit if you are taking early morning train

Lovely hostel, very conveniently located near the centre of Cusco and key sites. Very secure and staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are super accommodating and kind, the rooms and facilities are comfortable + clean, and the location is a nice walk to the city centre. I stayed a couple of nights with a friend in one of the double rooms, and we would happily stay again and recommend to those getting to Cusco.
L'ostello si trova in ottima posizione, il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile a dare consigli e informazioni. Ci hanno tenuto custoditi i bagagli per 2 giorni mentre andavamo a Macchu Picchu. Consigliato
The hostel is in a great location, the staff is very friendly and available to give advice and information. they kept our luggage safe for 2 days while we were going to Macchu Picchu.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres pour très peu cher donc je recommande, cependant ce n’est pas du tout un hostel
The rooms are spacious and clean for very cheap so I recommend, however it is not a hostel at all
Es un lugar muy tranquilo y cuenta con una ubicación muy buena. La habitación es muy cómoda y la atención es buena. Rosa me ayudó muchísimo planeando mis días en Cusco, ya que no quería participar el tours sino hacerlo todo a mi cuenta. ¡Muy buena ayuda!
It is a very quiet place and has a very good location. the room is very comfortable and the service is good. rosa helped me immensely planning my days in cusco, as i did not want to participate in the tours but do everything on my own. ¡muy buena ayuda!
Hostel très bien place, à 5 minutes du centre. Les chambres sont de bonnes qualité et très propres. Et le personnel est vraiment super sympa: maté de bienvenue pour le mal de tête à mon arrivée en plein milieu de la nuit, des bons conseils, et toujours de bonne humeur
Hostel very good location, 5 minutes from the center. rooms are of good quality and very clean. and the staff is really super friendly: welcome mate for the headache on my arrival in the middle of the night, good advice, and always in a good mood
