Hostal El Grial

Fiz reserva no Hostal El Grial, pois estava em viagem com meus pais na cidade de Cusco, Peru. Na noite anterior à reserva, uma pessoa de nome Amira me mandou mensagem informando que um hóspede passou mal e resolveu ficar mais tempo hospedado. Assim, ela me perguntou se eu poderia me hospedar em outro hotel, de mesmo proprietário. Como as acomodações do outro hotel eram inferiores, respondi que não gostaria de trocar minha reserva. Assim, Amira me disse que eu poderia cancelar minha reserva...

Noisy like hell! You can't sleep when someone is just walking in the room next or above you. Horrible!! I lived in old buildings before but that was definitely never that extrem as it is here. Don't recommend at all.

Booked on hostel World for €4.12 to be paid on arrival and when we arrived they asked for 40USD, and after explaining it was €4 and showing them the emails and confirmation, they refused to budge. 40 USD for one night in your average hostel is a joke so we cancelled and went somewhere else

I really regretted staying here in the end, mainly because I was LOCKED IN ON NEW YEAR'S EVE. Like a prisoner. It ruined me being able to enjoy new year's eve, and this is not somewhere that I would recommend, especially if you want to go out like a normal person on new year's eve. If this hadn't happened, I wouldn't have mentioned the other stuff, like the gross yellow water that comes up through the hole in the bathroom floor, staining everything it comes into contact with, the gross smell etc

Les chambres sont vieilles, mal insonorisées, beaucoup de bruit de bar dans la rue et des travaux. Attention. Bien sûr aucune ristourne à cause des travaux. Dès 6h démolition d’une maison en face de la chambre. Toilettes qui ne fonctionnent pas. Point positif : chauffage dans la chambre et literie plutôt propre. Personnel peu avenant ( au petit déjeuner)

Muy buena atención pero me pareció que él desayuno debería mejorar un poco

Reservamos 2 habitaciones, una en el primer piso y la segunda en el segundo piso. La del primer piso (3 camas) no fue del nada comoda, olia a humedad y se escuchaba todo los sonidos del segundo piso. Y en general la insolación acústica es pésima asi que nos despertaban a las 4 o 5....el desayuno pobre, solo huevo, muesli y 2 frutas...

Muy bien ubicado, el sector es tranquilo, sin embargo en la casa y las habitaciones se escucha ruido todo el día y toda la noche, voces de las otras personas, de afuera. Pasos todo. Es limpio pero no había jabón, nos tocó pedirlo.

Un hostal q destaca por el servicio y hospitalidad. Las jovencitas Siempre atentas a ayudar incluso se madrugada o muy tarde en la noche. Se preocupan de realizar un aseo prolijo en las habitaciones y de siempre tener desayuno a tiempo y fresco. Lo recomiendo totalmente !!👏
