Hostal Numero Trece

I booked this hostel for my friend and I for a two day weekend trip. I payed more specifically for the all girls room where it was listed “ private bathroom”. When we got there, while we were in the girls room, there was no private bathroom and only 3 showers for the entire floor. The toilet seats and shower were extremely dirty. The others in our room were not following the hostel rules and there was no one at the front desk to talk to. We ended up leaving after the first night. Bad experie...

The second worst hostel ever. Its not save , your alone in the hostel. So in a womansdorm a Guy sleept and nobody was there to handle that. The cleaner from russia or something Is really mean when I need it her help for a issue as a woman. At reception just mans that dont really like to work. Nobody helps you when you have an issue or are really mad at you. The cleaner took my sheat for the last night even she know I was there for one more night. Per whatsapp nobody cared from the reception

When I arrived,after finding my way to “my” bed, someone else was using it. Luckily he wasn’t asleep and was able to show me that he had also been assigned the same bed as me. Neither of us had made a mistake, the hostel had. I tried to find another bed but every bed was taken. I tried to contact the staff but I received no response. My star rating would be higher if I had perhaps been able to speak to someone to resolve this issue but when I wanted to check out. No one was there. Unac...

Mi experiencia, litera arriba, no me anduvo el wifi, los baños sucios, ducha con agua fría, las camas incomodas y delgadas Buena ubicación.

Staff very rude, bathrooms ( 3 bathrooms for 16 people) very dirty. AC too cold, it seems to sleep in an igloo. We all got flu

The staff is rude and not helpful. My main problem is that the hostel advertised private bathrooms for the 6 people bedroom and shared ones for the 14 people bedroom. I found out that all bathrooms are shared, and that they claimed they are private because one can close the door and use the unit privately. If you’re noise sensitive don’t book there, the doors closing system makes them sound very loud every time they close.

They scammed me, I paid for a night and never answer my calls and my messages. They didn't give me back my money

DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS I BOOKED 7 NIGHTS AND LEFT AFTER THE FIRST!!!! 1. No security (nobody on duty and the code to get into the building is the same to get into room!) 2. Bad Location 3. No mattress (no support for the back) 4. Poor ventilation 5. No friendly atmosphere I went by the pictures and paid the price. No costumer service. Avoid at all costs. Better options out there at a lower price and closer to the beach.

Firstly I stayed at the hostel for a few nights and not once did I meet a staff member once. They text me with the rules and how to access the hostel which worried me as if it didn't work I would have been stuck. I arrived at my room with absolutely no prior knowledge of where everything was to get to my bunk where the bunk light didn't work. The bathrooms were always dirty with long strands of hair on the floor and sinks.

Although the staff were very kind and it was in a good location, I would not recommend this hostel. The cleanliness was not good and the rooms were very hot.

A great hostel. The sleeping area felt private with the curtain being at the end of the bed. All the staff were really helpful and polite. I liked that I could sit on the terrace. A nice communal feel in the living/kitchen area. Plus free tea and coffee. Ooh and nice wash rooms too.

Fantastic stay! Lockers were great and easy to use. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Perfect location too!

Ich war nur für eine Nacht vor Ort. Und war sehr zufrieden. Preislich top, vom Ambiente her auch super und ich hab mich wohl gefühlt. Würde auf jedenfall nochmal hin.

Hostel is well located, their idea of kinda capsular style is good, also having your locker next to the bed is absolutely great. However the system of not having a 24/7 staff is not that convenient, If you arrive after 9pm it won’t be anyone to help you if you need anything. They switched my bed with someone else and didn’t bother to tell me. Luckily there was a receptionist not in duty that changed my bed number. If you use technology please use it accordingly or just keep it simple.

Very clean and comfy stay! Not much of a social atmosphere but that's what i was looking for! Calm and quiet

Although the staff were very kind and it was in a good location, I would not recommend this hostel. The cleanliness was not good and the rooms were very hot.

Clean, great location, good privacy in bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds too. Staff are lovely and it has good communal space.

Had an amazing stay! My dorm was beautiful, had a balcony and a chill area. The beds are very spacious and everything seemed clean! I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in, great amenities, it was extremely clean everything smelt amazing and the sleeping pods felt very private. The showers were also a good experience, as they provide clean towels and a private area for showers just outside the room. The wifi unfortunately didn’t work but other than that it was a great experience, I would return.

No he visto a nadie, no sé si tenía desayuno, la cama eso no es una cama, es una madera con un mal colchón y parecía un zulo de incómodo. No volveré, ni lo recomendaré.

best hostel in my 10 years of travelling.

Ho soggiornato 4 notti. Punti di forza: il letto sicuramente, molto comodo e c'è molta privacy, la posizione in pieno centro e vicino aeroporto e fermate principali. Spiaggia principale bellissima e vicina a piedi. Unica pecca è stata la doccia: molto scomoda sinceramente sei obbligato a lavarti tutto ogni volta. Pulizia discreta molto spesso c'erano capelli e docce sporche. Non ho usato cucina o altro. Per una donna da sola la zona può andare bene.

Sin ninguna duda, ¡el mejor hostal en el que he estado! Y he visto muchos. Habitación preciosa, muy limpia, toallas incluidas, cama grande y comodisima con mucho spacio alrededor, algo nada habitual en un hostal. Baño nuevo y sempre impecable. La ubicación también es muy buena. Personal amable y disponible, y la organización con el codigo es muy eficaz. Excelente relación calidad/precio. Si alguna vez vuelvo a Alicante, sin duda regresaré. ¡Gracias otra vez!

The hostel is really beautiful, spacious and amazing. The location isn't far from the center, it's about 10-15 mins walk. Everything is good but there's no hot water. There's lukewarm water but no normal hot water. The showers in general are a bit weirdly designed would be my only complaint. Since it matters a lot to me to have hot water at least in Spring when the weather is not all warm, I won't be staying here in colder months, maybe for warmer months it's best. Otherwise an amazing hostel !
