+ Pool, Wäscheservice, mein Dorm war leer
- Wlan hat nicht funktioniert. Keine Vorhänge an den Dormbetten. Ich habe meinen Key Deposit nicht zurückbekommen
+ The property is beautiful, the bar/restaurant is good quality, nice gardens and areas to relax, decent kitchen, wifi is ok, free drinking water, staff was nice, close to supermarket, bus station to san salvador on a walking distance.
- The room was terribly hot, the bunk bed was loose and wobbling, fan on the ceiling only works with lights on, 4 bunk beds but only the two bottom beds had a tiny fan each, the bathroom was a mess and shared between two dorms, drunk people getting in-out of the dorm all night long, people being loud in the bar until dawn...
A wonderful and welcoming hotel with a large garden for relaxing and a well-equipped kitchen. The only downside was that the beds in the 6-bed dorm were a bit saggy; otherwise, it's a very, very good hostel. :) The volunteers are also very nice, especially Adrianna – a great person.

excelente lugar buena vibra lugar para relajarse y disfrutar
J'étais venu il y a 3 ans et c'était aussi bien. le seul point négatif est la ventilation dans les chambres. Il n'y a qu'un seul ventilateur et il ne fournit pas... j'ai dû aller dormir dans le salon car c'était insupportable. sinon c'était parfait.

+ Great staff. Hot shower with great pressure. Cold, free drinking water. Nice pool, bar, kitchen and common areas.
- The mattress. Its good days are a thing of the past, but still comfortable enough.
Great place!!! It’s well located and the atmosphere is amazing. Stuff is friendly and they are really helpful. Contact with them if you want to visit other places around Santa Ana or Honduras/Guatemala

I liked: The wooden beds The pool The hot shower The lay out of the garden The amount of appliances and big fridge in the kitchen The roof terrace The dutch volunteer that went out of her way to talk to everyone and make you feel welcome The big supermarket nearby Proximity to main road, so no need to walk to busterminal
- I didn't like the hammocky matrasses I was the only tourist during the day, so i confiscated the only deck chair The joined bathroom.. When someone from the other dorm forgot to unlock our door after use, we could not get in Only one shower for 10 beds The heavy uncomfortable cast iron chairs and tables The ratio of 8:3 volunteers to tourists, whereby most volunteers seemed to move in their own bubble The overall lack of tlc for the property
Location is quite far from everything. My dorm was considerably warm and my bed had a very old mattress. It was weird that 2 dorms had to share one bathroom. The staff is basically foreign volunteers. The kitchen has everything you need. Very cheap hostel, so the value is considerably good.
We had a great time at Old Bells Hostels and especially liked the pool and garden. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was not too far from the center and in a good spot to catch the bus towards the ruta de las floras.

Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit im Hostel und würden immer gerne wieder kommen !
We were crazy duped by the previous reviews - the common space is pretty, but the rooms are awful and bathrooms worse. No private lockers either despite saying there are. One shared fan in the bedroom. Volunteer staff were nice/friendly but that was about it.
Hostal muy bueno, con un grande y magnífico jardin - un poco lejos pero vale la pena !
staff seem lazy and unorganized. loud, drunk people from outside the hostel made it difficult to sleep. bathroom was filthy
Wifi gut, Lage etwas weit entfernt von allen, es sollte mal alles erneuert werden hier besonders der Garten
