- Es war niemand da für Check-In. Die Unterkubft war sehr heruntergekommen. Es gab Zimmer die voller Müll standen und einen armen kleinen Hund, der allein zuhause war und überall hingemacht hat. Die Nachbarn mussten uns öffnen, da der Besitzer nicht auftauchte. Wir haben uns entschieden die Unterkunft zu wechseln. Diese Unterkunft sollte nicht hier auf Booking zur Verfügung stehen.
Leider können wir die Unterkunft nicht umfassend bewerten, da wir gar NIE in die U terkunft reingelassen wurden. Als wir ankamen und geklingelt, gerufen und geschrieben haben, haben wir nie eine Antwort bekommen - bis jetzt nicht, und haben dann anderswo eine Unterkunft suchen müssen. Eine Frechheit.
+ The staff was very friendly and Helpful. They had a big parking lot.
- The place was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was a coat of dust on everything. I was afraid to put my toothbrush down for fear of what it might pick up. The shower did not drain properly. In addition, even with the fan provides the air did not circulate well in the room. We had to keep the window open for air flow and hence it was very noisy inside the room. Also we were only provides with two bed sheets on the bed and no blanket. The only good thing in addition to the friendly staff and parking was that it was very cheap.

+ Almost nothing
- After not finding the hostal since they did not put any name outside (WHY?! Seriously, why???), a guy opened me and laughed saying „did you search long? But well now you’re here, that’s all that counts“. I guess that’s not all that counts. I had heavy luggage and it started getting dark, I was walking around with my 4 year old son and all they say is that. Super rude. The other owner seemed nicer. However, the whole accommodation was super dirty. My bed sheets were used, like the towels. They denied that. I had to tell several times that they smell and look used, like men‘s sweat. In the end, I took towels and sheets from another room. The owner wasn’t there. Generally, no one was there. Which was white spooky since the accommodation doesn’t seem safe (door is open the whole time), very rustic and not secure. The bathrooms were so insanely dirty and smelly that I went to the toilet in cafes around if possible.

- Un gros effort sur la propreté doit être fait. C’est une magnifique maison mais qui semble tomber en ruine. C’est sale, c’est dommage et c’est triste parce que ça pourrait être canon s’il y avait un minimum d’entretien

- La limpieza y el olor del lugar, evidentemente no puedo venir con mi familia, pero si viniera tipo mochilero creo que si cumple
+ Manuel ist sehr nett und die Lage ist super gut! Preis-Leistung passt.
- Es riecht nach Hundeurin und -kot. Mäuse gibt es auch. Der Wasserdruck reicht gerade so zum abduschen, aber nicht zum Haare waschen.

We loved our stay here! The owner is so kind. He offers great local advice about El Salvador. We were a bit unsure at first because of other reviews about cleanliness, but decided to book because of the price. Honestly the property is clean enough and the owner works all by himself so we were very impressed! We never felt like the place was unsanitary and the rooms / sheets were very clean. The courtyard and kitchen were perfect, Max the dog was so cute, and we would recommend you stay here!
+ Super kind owner with a cute dog, they had a kitchen and fridge and a lovely garden. The bed was comfortable.
- Do not bring food in the room.

- Bathroom was a little dirty and smelly, and ran out of water one of the days. Max the dog was adorable but also a little intense with the jumping and biting which may be a bit much for anyone who’s not comfortable with dogs, he also liked to take all the used tissues out the toilet bin and spread them everywhere.
+ Good hangout space and kitchen. Make sure you message before arrival.
- Owner not there a lot, a neighbour let me in. Max the puppy is cute but he needs some training.

- Minor issues: the shower could be improved with more water pressure. Some outdoor furniture and kitchen areas were a bit dusty.
