+ El alojamiento es perfecto, mi favorito, el personal es de lo más amable y muy atento con cualquier pedido como la alimentación que en mi caso es vegana, se preocuparon de preparar comidas muy ricas que me hicieron sentir muy feliz luego del trekking. Siempre volveré
+ El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, la atención fue muy personalizada y la habitación era bastante cómoda aunque algo fria.
- No me gustó el tamaño de la toalla que me dieron.
+ Staff were amazing and friendly. Secure parking was great but required staff to provide access - tight entry if you’ve a big car. Rooms was comfy & clean with nice views. Nice balcony. Short but lovely drive to Laguna de Quilatoa. Half board was handy after long drive.
- Two story walk up but staff were happy to help. Morning assembly from school behind the property was a bit loud but I was already awake.
I paid for a dorm and got a private room with balcony, Great value for money. I arrived early and the host immediately offered me coffee which was lovely. Toiletries, towel and breakfast all complimentary. Basic, but Spotlessly clean. Looks like they are renovating so the place isn’t well insulated and it’s cold, but the host lit a fire and it was cozy as. Only complaint was there was music playing all night, I think from outside the hotel, but I put earplugs in and it didn’t bother me

When I arrived it was closed so I had to go to another hostel. The platform still has to answer me about this issue.
+ Great location right on the trail yet still in the center, with restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large with a nice view, everything was very clean, and the food—especially the broccoli soup—was simple but really good. Hot water, a water dispenser, and plenty of blankets made the stay comfortable enough for a hiking stop.

+ La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Ha spaccato la legna per accenderci la stufa e scaldarci. La camera era molto spaziosa, un pochettino fredda, perché il tempo era brutto (pioveva a dirotto). Cena e colazione ottime!
+ Comfortable, clean, friendly hosts, solid dinner/breakfast. Tasty lunchbox for $3. Hot shower. Communal space with fireplace and boardgames. Located in the middle of town next to a bakery/shops, and further up the road from Black Sheep & Cloud Forest so you get a headstart on them for the hike in the morning!
- Small gaps in the doorframes meant cold air from outside was coming in during the night, but plenty of blankets so no big deal.
+ Really nice hotel, clean, and a good breakfast and dinner included! Very friendly staff, who even put on a fire for us for the evening to keep warm and dry our clothes!

+ The room is nice, clean and comfortable, with hot shower. Good value for the price. Close to the bus stop and tourist information office.
- The room can be a bit cold at night but there's enough blankets.

+ Horká voda ve sprše, posezení ve společné místnosti. Hotel je v centru městečka, blízko obchod.
- Při příjezdu nebyl přítomen personál. Museli jsme majitelku sehnat s pomocí místních. V hotelu funguje silná wi-fi, ale ve vesnici není signál evropských operátorů.
