Didn’t really get a guide on how to use the facilities, left to sort yourself out. Open windows with no curtains making privacy a concern

It is more of an Airbnb, at least the private rooms, as the different parts of the hostel are split across separate flats. There is no reception and when I arrived no one opened the door until I called the host and he came from somewhere down the street. There was no chance to socialise with anyone as it was all separated. The host was very friendly and the property was clean and had hot water. The room was really cold.

J'ai eu l'occasion d'y séjourner quelques jours en juillet, le seul inconvénient c'est qu'il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la salle. Et avoir de l'eau chaude n'est pas chose facile pour la douche.

Vraiment trop froid ! Il fait 10°c dans la salle de bain avec de l'eau tiède , c'était très difficile pour moi, je ne recommande que aux personne pouvant supporter le froid. Sinon un peu bruyant, bar à proximité, petit déjeuner très basique. Personnel agréable et cuisine pratique, chambres propres.

It was just okay to stay. Bed was really not comfortable I don’t know why tho. Also everything is there, like 8 beds, bathroom and kitchen are all together.

Hostel is fine. The Owner is friendly and has a lot of tipps. Our room had the beds directly next to the kitchen. I was just happy nobody really cooled anything haha. Besides that we felt very safe there. nice big lockers

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the rest I didn’t love so much. The were people ringing the doorbell at 5 but nobody opened for almost 2 hours. They kept ringing. I can imagine it was even worse for them waiting outside and nobody opening even though it says 24 hrs reception, but I was also trying to sleep and couldn’t because the door bell was so loud. Then the warm water didn’t work. Then it worked again but was way too hot to shower properly. Then the entire water was gone.

Was okay for one night. The host was super nice and friendly! Helped me organise some stuff, called a taxi for me and made sure I got there safe and don’t have to pay too much. The bed was quite comfy and had a lot of blankets, that was nice! Unfortunately, there was only one bathroom for everyone, which was also really cold. The shower could either be freezing cold or burning hot.

Man musste immer 4 Minuten warten, bis es ganz heiß wurde und dann konnte man aber auch nichts anderes außer ganz heiß oder ganz kalt einstellen. Und es kam zu wenig Wasser. Das Badezimmer hat man sich mit einem anderen Doppelzimmer geteilt. Das Hostel hat keinen großen Gemeinschaftsraum.

Haben zwei Nächte hier verbracht. Würden wiederkommen. Wie beschrieben, Küche ist gut ausgestattet und voll sauber, Frühstück ist Basic mit Brötchen, Margarine, Marmelade aber völlig ausreichend. Und sonst hat das hostel eine perfekte Lage!!

More a shared flat, no typical hostel, for me perfect for a one night stay, honestly you don’t need more time in Puno anyways

safe hostel. city center right down the street also maybe 25 min walk to the harbor. Perfect hostel if you are going to titicaca or just staying in puno for a few days. The guy at the reception is very thoughtful and helpful, which makes the trip for two 19 year olds much more comfortable

basic, clean hostel, nice host, comfortable beds, heater. the dorm room also has sofas next to the heater, so basically the dorm room is also the common room -> cosy, but not much privacy. Overall I liked the hostel :)

This place is a blessing. It felt like a fancy apartment on the third floor, I extended my stay another night for the comfort. Giovanni responded to any question or message so promptly and without it feeling like a bother. The plaza is close and walkable, along with convenience stores and restaurants. I enjoyed the recommended tour too! Everyone I've met in the accommodation have been awestruck too! Free breakfast is a wholesome way to meet others :)

we only stayed for one night but the beds were super comfortable and the host was lovely!! free breakfast which is always a bonus :) not much of an atmosphere because it’s a tiny hostel but that’s ok

Giovanni se mostró atento en todo lo que necesitamos, incluso salir más tarde de la habitación. Muy recomendable.

Tuve una experiencia excelente en este hostal. El personal siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones son cómodas y bien cuidadas, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy agradable. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo y en una zona tranquila.

Nice play to stay, large area nice kitchen and bathroom in the apartment, host was helpful and it was very secure.

I cannot stress enough how brilliant a host Giovanni has been during our stay. During our first night in Puno I suffered from altitude sickness and Giovanni was nothing but attentive, going so far as to offer help all night round and even to drive me to the clinic if I got worse. The hostel itself is impeccably well equipped, with multiple kitchens and bathrooms available. The beds are comfy, the hygiene is top notch, and the location is fantastic. Thank you Giovanni!

C’était super, on est arrivé très tôt le matin après avoir passer la nuit dans le bus. On nous a accueilli directement (c’est un ++) La maison est bien équipée, nous avions une chambre privée propre!

Really great and simple hostel, with really comfy beds. We didn’t spend much time there but the staff was some of the nicest staff we ve met. Unfortunately the kitchen doesn’t have a fridge but apart from that it was great!

The host was extremely kind & accommodating. He was very attentive to our needs to ensure we had a comfortable stay! I would recommend this to anyone coming to Puno.

Was a lovely hostel in a good location at a great price

Super ausgestattete Küche. Abends gab es einen Heizkörper. Und die Dorms haben bequeme eigene Sofas und eine Sitzecke.

We only came to this hostel for one night before getting a bus to Bolivia. After a tour and sleeping on the islands we found this very comfortable even if it lacked life. It was what we were looking for!
