Super friendly staff, absolutely beautiful garden and rooftop (the best area I found in Napoli to relax!)

I would highly recommend Hopestel Secret Garden to anyone visiting Naples. This hostel is truly incredible - the garden is stunning, serene, and so peaceful. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and something really special. The staff are kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I had the best stay and will absolutely be back. Honestly, you’d be doing yourself a disservice not to experience this place...would rate it 12/10 if I could!

The hostel was really nice and cozy The backyard was great! The room itself was also nice. There were curtains and good storage, which was nice The area was ok, but not the nicest place to walk after dark. It was also a bit far from the metro The hostel was not as social as I had hoped...

One of the most beautiful hostels I Ve been in. The garden is huge and you can relax after a day of travelling around. Staff are friendly and super helpful. I liked the idea of having the service 24/7. I love waking up super early and have coffee available. Highly recommend it.

Das Hostel ist wirklich eine Oase inmitten des pulsierenden Neapels. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind ausnahmslos herzlich und der Garten ist unschlagbar. Ein Ort, an dem man sich auf jeden Fall zurückziehen und wohlfühlen kann. Ich habe im 10er Zimmer übernachtet. Hier gibt es u.a. dreistöckige Betten und das oberste hat keinen Vorhang, wie die anderen. Das fand ich etwas schade, da ich das kleine bisschen Privatsphäre doch sehr schätze. Ansonsten aber wie gesagt alles top.

El lugar es tal cual se muestra en la foto. Todo estaba impecable y Marcelo nos recibió súper bien, incluso nos ayudó mucho con información sobre la ciudad y recomendaciones que nos fue dando. Todos súper amables, lo recomiendo 100%.

Really charming and comfortable hostel. The garden is great to relax in and near some fab restaurants and bars. Not the strongest on communal events so a bit harder if you’re solo travelling. But still a lovely stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean and well maintained. They had a beautiful garden as well. The only thing is that to get up there you have to go up a lot of stairs and a big hill. They also have an elevator however it wasn’t working when I was there but it wasn’t a problem as I packed light and I’m fully capable of taking the stairs. Overall I could definitely see myself staying here again.

Very clean, welcoming hostel. It took 2 keys, a passcode, and pocket change to get to our room, which was funny. But we knew it was secure. Really lovely garden to sit and have a drink.

Excellent hostel. One of the many highlights of the trip. Will stay here again if visiting Naples.

This was one of my favourite hostels I’ve ever stayed at! The 4 bed female dorm felt spacious and clean (I love when there are curtains around beds). The outdoor space was so incredible and all the animals are the property really make the space special. Would highly recommend

las dos recepcionistas que me atendieron muy amables, una de cabello pelinegro que hablaba español y la otra de pelo corto atendían cualquier problema, lugar limpio y seguro, ubicación a unos minutos de las vías principales de Napoli, así como un ambiente seguro, solo resaltó que la última noche cambie de cuarto y estaba ya muy delgado el colchón, tanto así que aveces sentía las tablas de soporte de la litera cuando apoyaba fuerte, pero nada que afectara el descanso una vez recostado.

Super atmosphère, le jardin est un vrai plus. L'hostel est placé dans un super quartier et le staff est super. Le seul bémol était le lit à 3 étages, qui n'était pas le plus pratique :)

I honestly loved it here. The staff were beyond friendly and the amenities were literally to die for. It’s in the middle of everything. I want to go back to Naples just to return to this Hostel!

Meraviglioso. Le nostre bimbe di 6 e 8 anni sono state benissimo, e noi anche, compreso il piccolo di 4 mesi. La camera col bagno privato comodissima. Molto comoda la cucina comune a disposizione, e stupenda la terrazza comune, dove poter fare colazione con le proprie cose o semplicemente godere della vista sul Vesuvio, il mare o castel sant’Elmo. Il giardino perfetto per rilassarsi in tranquillità

O hostel é muito limpo, com um ambiente agradável e equipado e funcionários atenciosos. Recomendo!

I had the best stay at Hopestel Napoli! The staff were so understanding and quick to support a problem we had with a roommate. Their help totally changed our experience of Naples and we would love to return! :)
