+ Miesto v centre mesta.
- Katastrofálna čistota. Smrad, zima, ešte že som nebol nijak dlhšie. Nikdy viac.
+ Ten obiekt to jakaś kpina i zwykłe oszustwo. Warunki gorsze niż w krajach trzeciego świata. Omijać z daleka.
- Pomimo zarezerwowania noclegów w Hostelu Eleven zakwaterowano mnie ulicę dalej w innym. W pokoju mniejszym, brudnym, gołębie za oknem, meble i pościel uszkodzone. Łazienka zagrzybiona, w kuchni podobny brud. Poza tym hałas, ściany z dykty, schody strome bez windy trzeba dźwigać bagaż na wysokie piętra. W części wypoczynkowej spały na fotelu osoby na dziko, brak recepcji i nadzoru, były w nocy dwie pijackie awantury. To miejsce to zwykła patologia.
+ Sem se nemohl ubitovat. Tam dávno pár krát bil a po každé klíče zůstalo na posteli, tak mě bilo řečeno na recepci
- Extremely noisy, you can hear any sound coming from outside cause the windows are too thin. There is also a bar downstairs so they have parties and loud music til 2am. Stayed a week, didnt sleep a single night well. Around 11am the cleaners barge into the room regardless whether someone is there sleeping or resting, start throwing things around and shouting at each other all over the entire floor while shouting at someone calling them on their phone in foreign language. I didnt expect a five star hotel definitely, but at least I expect the bare minimum which is a good sleep!!! So if you ever need to sleep well dont book here. Catastrophe.
- Заздалегідь забронював і повністю оплатив проживання в хостелі. Під час бронювання вказав, що заїду трохи пізніше, ніж зазначено стандартний час заселення. Коли зрозумів, що запізнююсь ще більше, намагався зв’язатися з хостелом телефоном, але на дзвінки ніхто не відповідав. У результаті, приїхавши на місце, я не зміг потрапити в номер і скористатися вже оплаченим проживанням. Дуже розчарований відсутністю комунікації та сервісу.
+ Hostel je umístěn na dobrém místě.
- V pár hostelech jsem již spal, ale snad nikdy se mi nestalo, že bych byl na kuřáckém pokoji!!! Připlatil jsem si za samostatný pokoj, ale při ubytování jsem byl velice zklamán cigaretovým smradem, který nešel ani vyvětrat!! Byl již zatuchlý ve zdech, v pokoji se tak nedalo dýchat a noc byla příšerná! Jedná se o pokoj číslo 22.

Nice hostel with a really good location! The hostel is actually in two different buildings, so all the pictures in hostelworld are from the other building where I didnt say. The stairs were really noisy when someone was walking up and also you could hear the talking and other noises from other rooms. Not the most social one even tho there is the common room. Maybe in the other building it would different, the distance between the two buildings is like 150 meters. Staff was super helpful :)
A great option if you're going to be in Brno.
A little dilapidated but super clean and overall great value! Pros: Friendly staff; Central and pretty location; Everything is always clean; Privacy curtains surround the whole bed!!; Spacious luggage storage; Can loan padlocks etc. Cons: Some of the toilets/showers are missing the key for the lock; Beds have thin mattresses and some broken slats, so they feel a bit lumpy; Bed linens are wearing thin and bobbled (but again always freshly washed which is most important!)

Super close to all the major sites in Brno, but the bathrooms were sort of gross and no towels were provided as advertised. However, if you are just coming through Brno for one night and need a place to crash it works.

- Ein Handtuch wäre eine nette Zugabe. Auch gegen kleinen Aufpreis.

Hostel is placed in the heart of the city in a lovely area. It had the basic facilities, and privacy curtains and big storage boxes were the biggest plusses. Beds werent the greatest, and there wasnt really any nice common area, just a small table in the kitchen and in the rooms (so the dorms smelled like food when we arrived). Kinda weird vibe, nothing uncomfortable, but also not the kinda place that invites you to socialize with others. Great place of you're just looking for a bed to sleep in

+ Bathroom was big and the rooms had each individual section enclosed with a curtain.
- The hostel building is located elsewhere and the room seemed quite old and had a weird smell.

+ Die Lage ist super! Aber das ist auch leider alles.
- Das Hostel ist wohl in mehrere Gebäude aufgeteilt und in dem wo ich war gab es an den Betten keine Vorhänge, sondern nur Raumteiler, die nichtmal das ganze Bett verdeckten, geschweige denn dass man das Privatsphäre nennen könnte, wenn man von drei anderen Betten aus dahinter gucken kann. Man bekommt richtige Schlüssel, sodass man den anderen auch einfach vertrauen muss, dass die Abschließen und beim Check-out soll man besagten Schlüssel einfach auf dem Tisch liegen lassen, wodurch man das Zimmer offen lassen muss beim gehen. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig! Also bestimmt wird da alles gereinigt und gewaschen, das mag alles sein, aber der Schimmel in den Ecken, im Bad und an den Fenstern spricht glaub ich für sich. Und zur Einrichtung: Man konnte nicht richtig duschen, weil das nur so eine Art Badewanne war und man die Handbrause oben nirgends befestigen konnte und sofern man Lust gehabt hätte den peckigen Wasserkocher zu benutzen, so musste man feststellen, dass der nicht ging. Die Schränke sind nicht abschließbar, sondern nur die Fächer unterm Bett, was für die Person die unten schläft ohne Vorhänge direkt am Bett sehr unangenehm ist.
Não me senti muito segura no hostel, mas o staff era muito simpático e mostrou imensa disponibilidade. Num dos pisos, o cheiro da cozinha era bastante desagradável devido ao lixo acumulado. No entanto, noutro piso já tinha um cheiro neutro. As instalações eram bem cuidadas e modernas.

- На першому поверсі розташований бар/ресторан, і тому повечорам, особливо п'ятниця-субота, ну дуже гучно, до півночі не можливо заснути, і заважала не музика, а нетверезі і дуже гучні відвідувачі

+ Lokalita bola úžasná, blízko pri všetkom, vyspala som sa vpohode
- Spolubývajúci boli veľmi pofiderni, vyzerali ze tam aj bývajú, minimálne jeden, kričal na nás za to, že sme sa rozprávali pri večeri pritom bolo 6 hodín a nikde inde sa sedieť nedalo, jediný stôl na jedenie bol v izbe ..a preto to tam bolo aj tak cítiť, ale tak hostel za to až tak nemôže, len tie spoločné priestory, boli strašne malé až neexistujúce.
