Luna Female Hostel

La verdad que una vergüenza! Con plena ola polar en europa se rompio la caldera y no había agua caliente. Me hospede 3 noches y en ninguna me pude bañar con agua caliente, preguntando a otras chicas el problema ya venia hace varios días. Creo que es un servicio básico que el hostel debería garantizar en pleno invierno y aunque haya un imprevisto se debería solucionar rápido o informar. Ya envie la queja correspondiente al mail para pedir que me reembolsen parcialmente el dinero.

TERRIBILE. Sarò breve. 5 notti prenotate in una camera privata, al nostro arrivo ci rendiamo conto che c'è un problema con l'acqua calda: non ce n'è. Le ragazze alla reception danno risposte insensate e sempre diverse senza dare soluzioni. morale? 5 giorni senza doccia, a -10°, in vacanza. ci offrono un risarcimento del 20% (poco più di 30€). mi hanno dato il risarcimento in SOLDI FALSI, INUTILIZZABILI. ce lo ha detto il cambio valuta dell'aeroporto.

We didn’t have hot water the whole time we were staying there. It was -3° outside. Nice location but it’s not worth it if you can’t shower.

MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED IN EUROPE-- for people wondering why some people in the reviews say the beds are comfortable, it's because the beds in the smaller 5 person rooms are cushy ikea beds and the beds in the larger room are, as I said, the most uncomfortable, brick hard beds in all of Europe. There was bedbugs. My leg got bitten by them 7-8 times in 2 nights. Rooms were weird. Beds were small and no outlets near beds. Not social. There was no real heating just a small electrical heater and room was really cold in my first night. Close to old town but nothing other is good about this place. If you dont have to just don’t do yourself this. It was horrible.

It was very dirty everywhere, especially the toilet and bathroom. The location was the only good thing, but staying in a room with 5 people was a difficult experience. The lack of an elevator was also a disadvantage for luggage, and there were no towels, etc.

o hostel é seguro e simples, boa localização, cama ruim,colchão fino. meu cobertor estava com sujeira.

Es war zwei Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Außerdem wurde es täglich gründlich gereinigt und das Personal war entgegenkommend, als ich ausrichtete, das mein Zug verspätet ankommt und ich vermutlich nach den offiziellen Rezeptionszeiten ankomme.

Super Hostel en plein coeur du centre ville, le concept de girls only est très appréciable. La chambre privée n'étais pas bien isolé, la pièce à vivre était juste à cotés, et on peut se sentir un peu à l'étroit, mais honnêtement le couvre feu était très bien respecté, plus de bruit après 22h. Une cuisine est aussi à disposition, même si attention le frigo commun est très (trop) petit. Rapport qualité/prix au top! Malgrès c'est quelques point négatifs, tout était parfait, ...

Très bon hôtel ! Situé à 3min à pieds de la rue passante principale. Très propre et personnel agréable. On recommande 😊

This accommodation is for women only, although its name makes that quite clear. The accommodation is well located, easily accessible from the bus stop. The entrance is quite simple and the place is quite comfortable and well maintained. The rooms usually have 8 cabins and the beds are very comfortable. There are also single rooms. However, the bathroom is shared. There is a kitchen on the second level, and on the third level there are some tables for sharing, and on the fourth floor a small room...

Traveled solo and was a little nervous about staying in a dorm, but the female-only setup made such a difference. The room was clean, but the bathrooms in the late evening were a bit dirty. The beds had curtains for privacy, and the lockers were big enough for a proper backpack.

Beds were very comfortable, no curtains but do have a screen at the head of the bed and plugs in each bunk. Good number of toilets/showers. Kitchen is slightly small but has everything you need. Took me a while to find on the street but that could just be me missing the sign on the door. Perfect location near everything but still far enough away from all the busy/noisy streets.

the reception staff were not very welcoming and came off a little bit rude , apart from that hostel was very clean , quiet and good location

I liked this hostel, located right in the city center, near shops and quick walk from the city centre. Their rooms are nicely equpped, clean and modern. The staff was welcoming and friendly, they let us leave our luggage in a storage room, before we checked in and after we checked out, which was very helpful.

we stayed at the 2 person private room, the hodtel was super clean and quiet. if you are more into party hostels i dont think its the right fit for you but that wasnt our case so we loved it.

Needed a last minute place for one night and Luna came through. Check-in was smooth, the dorm was clean and quiet, and the bed curtains meant I actually got a decent sleep. Does everything right for a female solo traveler.

Centrally located, perfect for sightseeing, but also ideal for a night between train and plane. The staff are all very nice, the hostel is super clean and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable and equipped with curtains, lights, and electricity. I had a good and very peaceful night there, I would go back anytime!

Stayed 1 night and got way more than I expected. The dorm was clean, lockers worked, bed was comfortable with a decent pillow which sounds basic but makes a real difference. The area is lively but the hostel itself is calm which I appreciated after long days of walking.

Me and my friend stayed here for 1 night and had a great time. The space-themed decor is a bit quirky but it works, gives the place its own personality. Free snacks and coffee in the kitchen were a nice bonus we didn't expect. The location is ideal trams right outside, Old Town on foot in a few minutes. The bed curtains made sleeping in a dorm much more comfortable than we expected. Would stay again without hesitation.

The accommodation was in a great location, the station is 7 minutes walk, the Orloj and the Old Town are 6. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms where possible. (There was a small shower, a shower+WC and a separate WC upstairs.) All doors have a code, so you don't have to worry about the key card. The room came with an automatically locking bedside table, which also worked with a combination lock. The street of the hostel is quiet, there were several restaurants, a tram and a shopping street ...

One night stay and it was perfect. Clean bed, working locker, free coffee in the morning. The female-only atmosphere makes such a difference when you're traveling alone, you just relax without thinking about it. Old Town is a 5 minute walk. Would come back.

Stayed one night between trains and honestly wished I had booked longer. Room was spotless, bathroom clean, free snacks and candies in the kitchen were a welcome surprise after a long travel day. Staff were warm and the location is perfect. Simple, safe, good value.

I had solo trip and I was a bit unsure about staying in a dorm, but in the end it was very safe. Beds were nice and had curtains, indeed hostel was a women-only, even all the staff were females. The Astronomical Clock is just a 5 minute walk, location is great . Small thing - the bathroom was briefly busy in the morning, it would be nice to have more bathrooms there. Im anyway really happy with this stay.

A beautiful and extremely clean hostel. Even while being a hostel it had perfect amount of privacy and the amount of facilities were sufficient for the number of people on the floor. They also have a space to keep your bags if you arrive early which I love. Also, the beds feel like sleeping on a cloud.

I'm in my late thirties and was a bit unsure whether a hostel would suit me, but in the end my stay was great! The place has a calm atmosphere, nothing rowdy or chaotic, just people getting on with their trips. My bed was comfortable and the room was kept tidy throughout my stay. What I liked most was the little details: free books to browse, coffee always available, staff who actually remembered your name by day two. The walk to the Old Town takes maybe 5 minutes. Really glad I stayed here.

Very good localisation and good price but the kitchen was really small considering the number of guest ( only 2 cooktop). The lockers was also really small, i coudn’t fit my backpack inside of it.. Furthermore, don’t go there if you’re searching for a social hostel with activity to meet people because nothing is organised there.
