+ The staff were very friendly Location was good for the old town and football stadium Quiet location away from hustle and bustle Breakfast was good and you could pick what you wanted the night before would definitely stay again if I return to the area

+ Extremely well located, Thor and his wife run a boutique family hotel with a lot of care and customer orientation

- All the rooms require climbing some stairs, so people should be mindful of that; especially older people looking to stay here

+ The staff are absolutely amazing. My flight was delayed so I missed a day at Ninh binh. So I asked if I could extend my stay thankfully they were able to accommodate. Also I asked about hiring a moped came down to lobby and bike sitting outside also I didn’t have to return it the bike.

- 룸컨디션 최저 찻잔에 곰팡이가 가득 침구는 쉰냄새가 나고 축축함 방에 곰팡이 냄새가 남 갑자기 카드 결재 안된다며 현금요구 호텔이 아니라 여인숙에 가까움 추후 이용 계획 없으며 같은 비용이면 다른 곳을 찾아보는 것을 추천

+ When I booked into the Hotel and collected my keys was casually talking about my plans for the evening.First they were going to take me by their car to the location I was talking about. I was genuinely overwhelmed with this level of generosity and I could tell it came from the heart and was sincere as well.This has been my best experience of a Family Run Hotel anywhere I have ever been. Honestly was there for 4 days and have an other half dozen stories of kindness and compassion from the owners of this Hotel.

- Nothing to dislike. This question is redundant and not needed. For me this place is perfect but if you have mobility issues it’s stairs only no lift. That’s the only item I can think of that has a tiny mark against the Hotel

+ Great staff, comfortable bed. Location is down an alley but centrally located. Be aware there is no elevator if you have mobility issues. Very nice linen bedding and effective air con.
