+ Everything was completely awful

- It is directly outside a mosque every time I left the hotel I was approached by men and boys it was very uncomfortable. Die to the location through out the night and day the call to prayer was incredibly loud. The air conditioning does not work at all. The staff are rude. Please do not stay here there are So many better options.

+ In this hotel unfortunately was nothing good. From breakfast to beds, from personal to costs was everything horrible.

- First I booked any hotel in Türkiye and I’m from Germany, I got the email from hotel in russian language, not in türkisch, not in englisch not in german, I couldn’t understand the reason. The beds were as like wooden panel, whatever we couldn’t sleep whole night. Breakfast was very poor and coffee was not included in breakfast. If you wanted to drink coffee, one cup of coffee costs 5 Euros, even coffee isn’t so expensive in best cafes in Germany. In conclusion the worse hotel in whole my life I seen.

- 前台极不适合从事服务业，至少我们团队没人认为这位前台会在乎我们有良好体验； 酒店对房间晚上消防设施闪一晚上知道吗，让人怎么睡觉

+ Nur der Kaffe war zu geniessen..

- Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise eine Katastophe.. Eins meiner Kinder durfte nicht den Empfang passieren, weil er nur für eine Stunde im Hotel mit uns war vor seinem Abflug. Sie verlangten extra 700 TL falls er inz Zimmer zum Umziehen wollte. Die Zimmer sind ungemütlich klein und nicht mal gründlich gereinigt. Der angebliche Balkon war voll mit Zigarettenstümmel. Nachts konnte mann nicht vor Lärm von den Nachbarzimmern nicht schlafen.

+ The chamber maid and and person who cleaned my table at breakfast were respectful

- Being constantly harassed for more money that was not due, receptionist kept asking my partner out on dates and if she had a penis.

- The room itself was good, clean hotel, and mediocre breakfast but, the customer service was absolutely atrocious, two days ago I went to the reception and asked for an extension of one more night, the hotel receptionist checked her computer and said “ok no problem”, then fast forward to today I was out with my family I got a call saying that I need to evict the room as there were guests waiting and it’s past the checkout time, I told her that I spoke to the receptionist for an extension, she responded in aggressive manner, I’ve never been this disrespected by a hotel, I advise anyone to consider this before booking. I have never been subjected to such negative situation from any hotel around the world but this time I had to write my experience for the others to put it into their consideration for their future plans.

- Отель стоит прямо напротив мечети. Звукоизоляции в номере нет. То есть спать можно только до 7 утра, потому что потом слышно и мечеть, и работников на кухне. И просто ужасные подушки.

+ The lady in the reception and the cleaning ladies were very kind.

- Except the lady in reception who does the morning shift, majority of the staff in this hotel don’t speak or speak very little English. It is very difficult to converse with them. We had big issues ordering taxi and getting to the airport this morning. The taxi driver took off with our luggages with no passengers in it despite us asking them to wait till the extra taxi that was ordered arrives. We requested the guy at the reception to convey it to the driver despite that we had a shock when the taxi refused to wait and took off. I repeat with none of us with our belongings in the taxi. After we said we will call the police the taxi drivers communicated and waited at some point near the airport. I do not recommend this hotel for families.

- Keine sauberen Zimmer, am Boden lagen Haare vom Vorgänger (büschelweise). Überall Kalkflecken im Bad. Personal sehr freundlich. Unbequeme Betten und Polster.

+ Clean and nice hotel.

- To hear how people having “fun” in other rooms. Sound isolation could be better.

+ Nearly all the staff and owner very polite courteous and helpful such nice people.

- I did not like the last evening night security man saw fit to let 6 people sit and drink alcohol in the dining room till 3am in the morning with lots of noise. I asked him twice to please stop the noise once at 1am and once at 3am as I had a flight early in the morning.

+ The staff was very friendly, especially the young man at the reception who was extremely welcoming. The rooms were modern with enough storage space, and the hotel’s location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city.

- We stayed in room L04, which is right next to the kitchen, and it was very noisy, especially at night, most likely due to breakfast preparation. Also, even though the room were generally clean, a little more attention to cleanliness would make the stay even better.

- Room was very noisy next to the lift struggled sleeping as noise through vents/air conditioning let front desk know said he would change rooms would take an hour to sort out - went down said he would let me know when and never bothered to let me know couldn’t settle this was after long haul flight - also opposite mosque with speakers - loud at evening and early morning.

+ La propreté de la chambre était très bien (changement de draps et d’essuies tous les jours). Très bon petit-déjeuner (fruits frais, thé turc). L’hôtel propose des activités avec guide et chauffeur inclus. Rapport qualité-prix très bien. Personnel sympathique !

- Il est noté « front de mer » mais on se trouve sur des falaises. On est assez loin des plages (30min sans trafic).
