I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. So gross, unsafe, horrible staff. Checked in and checked right out because there was no way I was letting myself sleep there. Room doors don’t have locks or lockers, you have to rent a locker lol. No 24hr reception. Beds are flimsy and cheap looking. Not worth it.

When I arrived at this hostel , they had taken the balance of the payment before arrival, insisting that this was the way things work, that it was the policy of the hostel to pay in full 3 days before arrival. I am a frequent traveller and always settle the payment on arrival . They had an email from me stating time of arrival , and the receptionist told me he had not bothered to check the email. I would not stay again in this hostel. A cold atmosphere, uninterested staff.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix ! Nous avions réservé 2 lits dans un dortoir à 4, mais à l'arrivée, l'employé de l'auberge nous emmène dans une dortoir à 6. Il a fallut négocier pour changer de chambre. Les lits sont de très mauvaise qualité, inconfortables, ils grincent dès que l'on fait un mouvement. Il y a énormément de bruit dans l'auberge. La porte d'entrée de l'auberge ne ferme pas complètement, tout le monde peut donc rentrer. Les WC/salle de bain ne sont pas propr...

Sorry, there was nothing I liked about this place… felt unsafe & uneasy, staff wasn’t very nice, everything was filthy and run-down, beds were super noisy, small and uncomfortable, no atmosphere at all… in the morning upon check-out the door was malfunctioning and couldn’t be opened, no one answered the phone or whatsapp, other people couldn’t get in as well. waited in the lobby for 45 minutes before the reception hours began. missed my train. pissed off.

They took money of out of my account even though my trip had been cancelled due to emergency. Alongside that they refused to refund me.

Nous sommes restées 4 nuits en avril. Nous étions quasiment seules, donc nous étions tranquilles. L'hostel est bien placé, mais c'est son seul intérêt. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer, que ce soit dans la SDB ou la cuisine. Celle-ci est très peu équipée, et l'ensemble des équipements fournis est rudimentaire.

Nothing to cook with, hardly a kitchen. No heating in the rooms, no closet, no sofas anywhere to make the property feel cozy. Only chairs, not really a sociable environment. Nice staff and good location.

We were put in the wrong dorm. The beds were so loud and squeaky I woke up the whole dorm when I got out of bed it was incredibly loud and jarring. My bed had hairs on it that weren't mine. The toilet was gross. There were skids all over one of the toilets, both cubicles ran out of toilet roll. The sinks were covered in stains and weren't clean. The showers flooded when used. The kitchen had dirty dishes in the sinks which were there before we checked in and were still there when we left.

Very good location and clean enough. Though I never saw anyone in that hostel. I had to do the check-in in another hostel because the reception was closed (which was very well explained) but when I lelelft at 9am it was closed as well. I wanted to drop off my bag for a couple of hours and didn't know what to do.

Two out of four of the plug socks in the room i stayed in weren't working. Had to choose between fan, bedside table and charging phone, which was annoying. Had to go to another hotel to collect keys.

Der Vermittler, 1. seine Vermittlungsprovision bezahlen lassen und mitgeteilt, der Rest soll im Hostel bezahlt werden. Die eigentliche Abwicklung lief dann zwischen Hostel und Gast. Es stimmt nicht, dass man den Rest im Hostel bezahlen kann, da Bett sonst nicht reserviert wird. Man muss sofort eine 2. Zahlung vornehmen um das Bett sicher zu haben. Ich werde nicht noch einmal über diesen Vermittler buchen.

Dieses Hostel würde ich wieder buchen; schöne Lage, gute Atmosphäre in Fliesendekor, alles Notwendige vorhanden. die Mänerduschen überschwemmen lecht mangels Staustufe, führt zu nassem Boden an den Waschbecken. Ein Stapel Wischlappen kann schnell Abhilfe schaffen. Mehrere Duschköpfe aus der Aufhängung gebrochen, sollte täglich kontrolliert werden. Leider zu wenig Zimmerschlüssel, die Türen bleiben meist auf; allerdings gibt es große Schließfächer für Schlüsseldeponat. Passender P...

Our staying was incredibly pleasant. The location is amazing, super clean and the staff was amazing. 100% recommend.

Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und schön, schöne Zimmer. Küche ist einfach, aber hat alles was man braucht. Personal sehr lieb. Würde wieder kommen!

Amei praticamente tudo! Só a cama e o colchão que não achei tão confortáveis. Mas é um lugar agradável, cheiroso e ótimo atendimento !

Good location and very clean bathrooms, lacks a bit of security

Basic necessities and did the job - had to change room to get a fan as first room didn’t have one (which is needed as the streets are very noisy so you can’t open the windows). Nb: you need to make payment prior to arrival (whereas the website tells you pay on arrival).

I was traveling alone for one week. The Location of the Hostel is not good and I did not feel safe at all. The First day I was returning back to the Hostel After the Sunset and a guy followed me to the Hostel and stayed 2 Hours in Front of the door. I had to call the Police and the two employees help me a lot, because the Police did not speak english well. The Police came and took my report but I was scary by going out to the center, there was another Girl who the guy followed her the same day.

Good place.
