Hostel Santa Maria

The reviews are too harsh, i came here for 4 nights 2nd week June (high season !!) and had a massive 5 bed dorm to myself and one other traveller 2 of those nights. Obviously lucky, but the rooms were clean, loads of outlets, the bathrooms were clean, room was secure and they lock the entrance to the hostel after 11pm, as a solo female traveller, never felt unsafe there - would be great if there was more of an atmosphere, but will definitely return

Really good stay, the reviews I had read were a bit unfair. Service was excellent and the whole place was clean, was great that I had a room to myself but if it were full it would not be ideal as beds are triple bunks with no curtains.

the building itself is really nice, and so is the location, the place is huge but i felt like there was nobody staying but me, so it felt a little weird.

There was no atmosphere or common area to meet people. The security was lax as there were no lockers or a way to secure your things. There was a key to your door, but it was actually hard to lock. Otherwise anyone can just walk right into the hostel. The facilities are old, but functional. The beds are three bunks high, which is extremely loud and could be challenging to get into. No plugs to charge your devices by your bed safely. The shower had nowhere to put your clothes, towels or toiletries

super weird vibe. nice enough staff and close to beach but so far from city. tiny tiny bunks in tiny dorm rooms, no room for bags at all and also no lockers or secure storage. thank god there was never full capacity while i was there because there simply is not enough room in those rooms for everyone’s stuff and the bunk beds are sooo shaky not stable at all. bathrooms tiny, not super clean and no where to put your stuff while you shower. don’t recommend unless you are booking whole room.

No lockers or curtains on beds that were very rickety and wobbled when you got on the higher bunks. Location fantastic, right by the beach!!!! I'm pretty sure there were only three people there when we stayed but the hostel was massive. It felt quite creepy being so empty. Rooms were fine cleanliness-wise but the toilets had no sinks to wash your hands (or soap/sanitiser!) Would be fine if I was paying much less but for the price I'd expect more. The bar didn't exist, just a weird cafe

Il n ya aucun confort ,les chambres sont vêtustes non climatisées et sans ventilateur.on crève de chaleur a l'intérieur. En 12 jours le ménage dans la chambre a été réalisé seulement une fois c est pitoyable. Les douches et toilettes sont complètement a changé car trop vétustes. Il n'y a pas de savon pour se laver les mains aux toilettes ni de quoi se sécher. On ne nous donne pas non plus de serviettes de bain. Le seul point positif c'est l emplacement de l'hôtel et son aspect a...

Une belle situation à quelques pas de la plage. Les salles de bain sont propres et nettoyées une fois par jour. Cependant, les locaux ne sont pas très spacieux et la literie et les serviettes ne sont pas dans un bon état. Enfin, je trouve 50€/nuit un peu cher.

Located a block from the beach but a good 20 minute walk to town where all of the restaurants, shops and clubs are. Cost to use the kitchen is $10 Euro/ day. This is a school converted into a hostel. Way too many people on each floor to share only a few bathrooms. No vibe. Very expensive for what it is. Other accommodations on airbnb are cheaper and right in the middle of town. I wouldn’t go back.

This is not a hostel. One room with 6 beds bunk beds, a sink and 2 lockers with no AC. 2 toilets and 3 showers for a whole floor. No kitchen, no refrigerator, no water, no coffee. An overpriced restaurant with not many choices. I only stayed there because there was no other option.

If you are just looking for a place to sleep and (maybe) get breakfast, then this is perfect. 3 minutes walk to the beach, 20-40 min walk to the city center. No kitchen. No lockers. No curtains. No ventilation in the room. Not enough space in the room for stuff and the amount of people. It's an old dormitory for 2 people where they replaced the beds with triple bunkbeds. 6 people was too many in a 4mx6m space. There is a sink in the room, a closet for 2 and a table with 2 chairs. Overal meh.

El sitio es bonito. Las habitaciones correctas. Algunas duchas son un poco pequeñas. El personal es muy amable y resolutivo. Un 10 para el staff
