Due to errors in the booking system, which I do accept some responsibility for, I never received confirmation therefore I booked alternative accommodation. Little Japan still charged me the full amount and said they were unable to process a refund.
No elevator, room way too small to even properly open your suitcase, relatively high price for very underwhelming experience.
There was only one other hostel I stayed in worse then this. The place is filthy. The shower had heavy mold. The bathroom floor is made of pressed wood and you can see all the dirty parts. There was dirty dishes in the bathroom sink that was next to the urinal. The whole vibe was like an abandoned building homeless camp because everyone’s luggage and belongings are all over the room. The luggage storage is in the lounge area where everyone has to walk by but no supervision. There’s no are con...
I made a 3 days reservation, but i tried to cancell It 10 minutes later by calling them. They told me they Will charge me the first night, and that was ok,i knew that. So i asked for refound at least of the others two nights. They first sayd "Yes" but than they started telling " i'll ask, Will let you know ". I called them and they started inventing things in order not to give me the refound. I keep on calling them but they never answer me back(did they block my number maybe??).Neither by emai...
Just a heads-up if you’re not packing light — access involves 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. We arrived jet-lagged with 22kg bags and found the space very basic (plywood interiors, noticeable bathroom odor), so we opted to switch to a hotel. Might be fine for light travelers, but wasn’t the right fit for us.
Good for budget travelers. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Water pressure was very good.
Not for me...
very decent hostel for this price. but I would prefer japanese bidet. there's no bidet. and upbed stairs blocking enter the bed I didn't figure out why did they make like that 😄

simple and nice hostel!Excellent location for those who hate mass tourism and chaos.I've seen reviews complaining about how the photos don't reflect reality...that's not true. It's just as you see it.The beds are comfortable and large, and you have plenty space for yourself.Maybe people want to save money and have luxury at the same time, but life isn't like that.Little Japan is a hostel for travelers, for those who spend the day sightseeing and come back in the evening to chat and rest.
Great, homey hostel with charming staff. I loved the aesthetic of the place and I would definitely come back. The surrounding area is also very quiet and peaceful ☺️
Appreciated the location and the beds were sturdy and comfy! The bathrooms weren't the cleanest and pretty lacking in regards to how many girls were meant to be sharing it. Overall, I'd stay again!
Very good hostel

Very friendly staff with good englisch. The location is in a residential area about a 10min walk from the nearest train station so it is rather quit at night
perfect hostel
best value for money in tokyo, comfy beds, good facilities and socail atmosphere.
Nice Hostel, grat location. vibe was a bit strange
It was such a nice stay, all the staff were so nice. Harry, Erico, Iori, Shinohara, Shinichiro, Alex, Carla, Tommo, Rina, Mia and Ko were so nice and helped recommend places for me to explore Tokyo. The beds were comfy and the vibe was immaculate.
It’s the best value for the price and loved the location also. Very quiet neighborhood and come back anytime. I haven’t tried the kitchen but it looked good.
Very nice property located in a very cozy area. Not long from metro and monorail stations. Nice facilities and the dorms were nice as well:)

I would love to go back and stay there, the staff was awesome, well located.
Hostel décontracté et sympa, mais la qualité du lieu et des espaces et de la propreté est en-dessous du niveau de Tokyo.
Very cozy hostel with a friendly staff, one of them even has an awesome music taste. Close to Asakusabashi station and walking distance from Asakusa and Akihabara. For the price crazy good. えぐい and would visit again. 🙏
Staff were really nice, and I loved that I could do laundry without needing coins (I lost my debit card unfortunately). Definitely a good atmosphere and hostel to stay in if you’re looking to meet other travelers!
A nice quiet area not far from train stations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a couple lounge areas to hang out in. Did find it a bit cramped and in need of a little TLC, but it was a good value for Tokyo!
Un hostal tranquilo si no quieres tanta fiesta y solo dormir lo recomiendo
Super friendly staff and cozy restaurant! Only stayed one night here. Felt like the sheets and dorm could’ve been cleaner and but it’s budget accommodation.
