+ We were not treated to stay at the property. Such a strange thing that we booked to confirm booking was just a trash. Nobody treated us that you have a booking there. Deception is said we don’t have any vacant room or this booking is not validated by us we drive through the whole night to reach at the destiny to stay but at 11th hours we were not welcomed by this hotel
- There was no waiting area way with the kids stood for half an hour only single receptionist dealing not even a single chair are so far waiting for our return. There is no waiting area. There is no lobby. There is nothing like to sit even for 10 minutes at the receptionist to the kids were VPP crying we worked a lot there.

- The employee was not friendly says we don’t have any empty room for single person. While in website we can book.

- Very poor customer service by reception staff. Assigned dorm was fully occupied.

It was alright. Very loud in the hallways at night and outside (busy road beside the train station so that’s to be expected). But the room smelled like cigarettes so the sheets and towels did as well
Great location. Bit of a strange vibe in the dorms but not any fault of the hostel itself. Bar was closed and the storage lockers under the beds are a bit small but overall very handy
First of all, Id like to start with saying that the hostel itself is in an amazing location, and very easy to get to, as well as the staff is nice. However, there was a huge issue: I had explicitly reserved a long while ago 2 beds in a 4 bedded room. Upon our arrival, we got assigned to an 8 bedded room. When i expressed my dissatisfaction with that, the reception staff told me theyre full for the day and to leave a review by scanning the QR code. I want a refund.

It was okay, not like the best hostel I’ve stayed at since I felt like anybody could just walk in. I feel like this specific hostel should have had an age limit and some rules about common areas dur to my experience with a very drunk man trying to get into an elevator with me alone….
Good for one night. Didnt sleep much at all though.
Just what you need - centrally-located at a cheap price, with helpful 24 hour front desk. As ever, only brought down by selfish behaviour on the part of other guests (eg turning the room light on at 2am, in this example)

For a cheap hostel you cannot ask for more, but my pillow smells bad, I don’t know how old it was. The girls in my room arrived in the middle of the night and they were very noisy.
Cozy beds but very limited spaces for the beds. Its too cramped and there was no bed-lights.
Wir haben ein 4er-Damenzimmer gebucht, bei Ankunft wurde uns wegen Überbuchung jedoch nur ein 8er-Zimmer mit gemischter Belegung angeboten. Das gebuchte Zimmer war uns aus gutem Grund wichtig. Trotz der schlechteren, nicht gleichwertigen Unterbringung mussten wir den vollen Preis zahlen. Eine Alternative wurde uns nicht angeboten, und kurzfristig hatten wir keine Möglichkeit, eine andere Unterkunft zu finden, sodass wir gezwungen waren, dies zu akzeptieren. Wir bitten um Entschädigung.
The location is pretty good, since its right in front of the train station, but that's the only good thing for me, the staff was ok, both the room and sheets had a funky smell, also the bathroom and shower are both together in one, there are no other showers or bathrooms on the floor. Wouldn't come back tbh
I normally never write reviews but what I had to go through in this hostel is one of the worst experiences in my entire life. It‘s basically a big homeless shelter, I felt unsafe the whole time and I urge anyone who reads this to NOT book a room here. I‘ve been to a lot of hostels in different countries but this was absolute horror. There was also a stranger sleeping in my bed! Absolute chaos and mismanagement. Junkies and homeless people everywhere. DON‘T BOOK HERE. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE...
It’s a rough one folks. Check-in is sluggish, it took me 45 minutes before I was able to reach the desk. One of the two deskworkers was just kinda pacing and doing nothing. When I arrived the building was on fire, apparently some stoners got overzealous. So that’s just kinda the vibe of the place. I didn’t use their luggage storage after reading reports of it being stolen. However, one of the people in my room did go through my sheets (stripping my made bed) and stole some stuff. Avoid
⚠️DO NOT GO TO A&O CENTRAL as a Solo Traveller⚠️ This has been my worst hostel experience ever without doubt. In a few words: Dirty, dodgy people, not feeling safe + unfriendly personnel. There was no hostel feeling at all, as there's not even a common room. Some of the incidents that happened during my (2 night!!!) stay: - People sleeping on the floor - People sleeping in your bed - fire alarm going off that you can't hear from the shower - there's more but, not enough characters allowe...
Incheckprocedure verliep moeizaam. De ligging is erg goed, vlak aan het station. De kamer is niet zo groot, maar er toch voldoende ruimte. De bedden zijn modern, hebben gordijntjes en liggen goed. Let wel op dat je enkel kan opladen met usb C of A aan je bed zelf. Dit ging erg traag. In de kamer zelf zijn wel nog stopcontacten. Je moet je bed ook nog opmaken, hou daar rekening mee als je laat in de avond aankomt. Verder zijn er geen lockers in de kamer, dus zorg dat je slotjes meebrengt.
