Você chega te passam um monte de regras. Não pode comer e beber dentro do quarto, não pode sapato dentro do quarto e é desligado o disjuntor do quarto às 22h e só ligado às 10h. Nach vielen Anrufen beim Vermieter konnten wir nach einiger Zeit erst das Hostel betreten. Wir haben uns sehr unsicher gefühlt, es waren nur ein bis zwei andere Personen dort… der Manager war nett und hilfsbereit aber nach den Rezensionen waren wir uns nicht sicher ob die Bettwanzen wirklich beseitigt wurden. Auf Nachfrage meinte der Vermieter alles wäre desinfiziert worden. Es gab neue, frische Bettwäsche aber überall lagen Säcke mit Bettwäsche. Insgesamt nicht sehr einladend, lieber wo...

The place was a mess, the photos were very misleading. We were there for three days and the bathrooms were not cleaned the entire time. You cannot flush toilet paper in Catania so the waste was full of used toilet paper for days, also no soap to wash your hands, huge clumps of hair in the showers, water all over the floor, the common room reeked like cat urine, and there was a used bandaid stuck to the wall of my bunk. They said they had just hired a new cleaner so maybe it was an adjustment per...

I have stayed at about 20 hostels around Europe. This hostel was neigther the best nor the worst. It was my first time in Catania and I chose this hostel because it looked new and modern on the pics and because breakfast was included in the price. For me the keyword when staying at hostels is convenience. This hostel was not very convenient for me and my brother. The location is in some kind of industrial area and even though the centre was not far away I did not like it. No unsafe issues though...

It's a place to sleep but you aren't going to meet anybody here. The bathroom is downstairs and they only have usb ports next to the beds. And the wifi onyl works downstairs in the common room where if you go in the summer you are going to sweat so much. The workers are a bit mean too or hostile in the whatsapp group chat as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However it felt like the place was falling apart and not well maintained. The toilet seat was falling off, the bed I was in had cracks in the ceiling and the key for my locker didn’t work. I spoke to other guests and they had the same issue with their keys. Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms. And the breakfast options are very poor. Would have been nice to have some fruit and yogurt at least. Many improvements could be made but was fine overall.

Went here because I wanted the curtains for privacy- ended up getting the only bed that doesn’t have curtains lmao

I would not recommend this hostel for women especially female solo travellers. I was extremely surprised to see the neighbourhood it was in and how unsafe I felt there. I didn’t even feel comfortable leaving the hostel after dark and I ended up leaving two days early. I also found everyone to be quite unfriendly, staff was nice when talked to but I didn’t experience any amazing customer service. Overall super disappointed, would never return.

El lugar es increíble, entra poca gente lo cual es un placer. Lo que me sorprendió es que ni bien llegar te pidan tantas cosas: depósito para la llave de la taquilla (si no tienes efectivo te reclaman el DNI), horarios restringidos para volver al hostel, un extra por la toalla, te hacen un promo para pagar en efectivo y no tienen cambio…

Son stato soltanto 1 notte ma veramente bene, pulito, letti spaziosi, personale e servizi ottimi, niente negativo da dire. Grazie alla prossima

Diletta is the nicest host! the first night i was there, she gave us free wine (they also offer wine glasses for 2€) and also cooked us amazing pasta!! she was so sweet and i really appreciate her kindness. the place was cute and cozy. the bed ports are huge you can stand in them! and have privacy. the toilets are downstairs but they keep it clean. and the common room is so cool! has some music instruments and board games and baby foot and table tennis and a big projector for movie nights

Nice staff, generally cool hostel. My biggest problem was that they advertise curtains for beds and not all the beds have a curtain. My bed seemed to be added after all of the other beds which were all very nice and spacious. Mine was under the sloping part of the ceiling, hard to get into, and did not have a curtain. I asked if it had a curtain, and if I could move because I booked in part for a curtain, and they said this was not possible. Not the end of the world but pretty frustrating.

After coming from another hostel that left me feeling a bit worried about booking cheap accommodation, I was so happy to arrive at eco hostel and be greeted by an amazing team. Although I didn’t like the location of the hostel (it’s quite an industrial zone) it can’t be helped much as Catania is that way. Excelente localização, equipe do Hostel são atenciosos, os quartos são Excelentes, sala de jogos e lazer são bem legais ... e preço do dormitório é justo. Só vi um problema : os banheiros não estão no mesmo piso.

Such a great Hostel, the staff was kind and helpful when needed. Furthermore, this Hostel felt like you were part of the family.

Bed was big and spacious, and there was a huge common area to hang out, charge your gadgets or just rest. Good value if you are visiting Catania for a day or 2.

I really liked the hostel clean the only issue is bathroom and toilets aren't near the room for someone who go to the bathroom too much at night and the kitchens is small otherwise everything was good for 1 night

Pros: staff were extremely kind and accommodating, you get a welcome drink, nice vibe to common area, clean sheets, most beds are full size and have curtains Cons: one bed in the room (the one I got and I am 193cm) is a twin rather than full and has no curtain for some reason, only old style usb-a plugs by the beds, bathrooms are on the floor below the bedrooms and are a little worn down Notes: towel rental is €7
