Very unpleasant!! Definitely don’t recommend it! The staff are extra rude and don’t have any hospitality and especially the manager in charge, I don’t know how can such a person with no communication or hospitality skills be put in a customers facing position! Not even talking about the location and insecure area !

L' ostello si trova in semi centro, vicino a un quartiere ultrapopolare. Recentemente ristrutturato, aveva i tubi della doccia che perdevano.Una persona alla reception deve seguire 20 persone. Informazioni date : pochissime, attenzione al cliente: scarsa. Chiedo di abbassare l'aria condizionata ,invano,mi prendo l'influenza. La reputo una mancanza gravissima causare una malattia. Applicano commissioni ad ogni errore che è causato dalle poche informazioni. Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo.

Bed and rooms decent but honestly the most sterile hostel I’ve her stayed in. No atmosphere whatsoever. The communal area looks more like a hospital and it’s just full of signs telling you what you can’t do (sleeping, eating, drinking etc). Bizarre front desk with a screen in front of it making it feel as though the staff have no interest (no other hostel operates like this, it’s really unnecessary). No info provided on checkin and charges for everything. Would never recommend.

Unprofessional, had to cancel one night early because of a death in my family, called ahead 10 days with a death certificate they said they couldn’t refund or modify my booking but offered to reschedule that one night for another time. When came the time for me to check out early and I mentioned that they had offered this to me, nothing was said and they just checked me out. vol , tu te fait traiter comme un numero , ils te charge 5€ pour laisser les bagages dans une pieces pendant 1 heure , personne est la pour aider ..je me suis senti inconfortables tout le long de me séjour.. je ne recommande vraiment pas

Staff were not friendly at all. Have to pay for bag storage 5 euro per bag even for 20 minutes when I wanted to grab food. Got locked in a toilet for 20 minutes and staff did nothing. Also did not have running water 2 nights on a row. Was not a great experience even with good facilities I would never be back with how rude the staff were and in willing to help.

They false advertise. The claim they have Air Conditioning but they do not. The rooms are disgustingly hot and that makes for poor sleep.

Hat mir so gut gefallen. Jeder Gast bekommt einen abschließbaren Schrank, der sich mit der Simkarte verschließen lässt. Das Bett ist bequem, ausreichend groß und durch die Boxen auch angenehm privat. Gut gefallen hat mir auch die Aufteilung des Raums und der Badezimmer. Es war immer und überall sehr sauber! Leider schließt die Dachterasse schon um 17 Uhr, sodass abends nur die Aufenthaltsräume in der Lobby nutzbar sind.

Eher wie ein Hotel, es kam leider gar kein Hostel-Feeling auf - abgesehen von der Lautstärke bis tief in die Nacht. Wichtig: die Dachterrasse hat nur von 9-17(!) Uhr offen. Kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen und hat uns angesichts des hohen Preises sehr verärgert. An einem sonnigen warmen Tag war sie den ganzen Tag geschlossen, nur weil es früh mal kurz geregnet hat. Die junge Frau am Empfang war sehr unsympathisch. Fürs Lagern eines Koffers bezahlt man 10€ + 5€ Handgepäck. Lag...

Super high quality hostel- tons of bed space and really nice bathrooms. Rooftop pool is a great plus. Biggest downside was the door to the room was quite loud so you heard every time someone came in throughout the night. Also a bit of a walk from the center and not the most social hostel I’ve stayed in.

Nice, place to stay. The dorms offer privacy. Staff is kind.

Really clean and modern hostel, great facilities. There were just 2 issues, the first is that the doors SLAM and not everyone thinks to stop them. It's the first hostel I've ever stayed in where I didn't sleep through the whole night on any night. The second one might be more seasonal, I was there in April and the hostel didn't feel particularly sociable. If it wasn't for those two things it would basically be perfect! The location isn't amazing but it's not really an issue.

You have to PAY to store you luggage if you arrive before the check in time - I think this is ridiculous considering the price of the hostel. The kitchen is only open from 8am which I think is a tiny bit too late - your food is locked away. Also the temperature in the rooms was too high, I was sweating at night. Otherwise the hostel is fantastic.

Great hostel stay, with beautiful amenities. Only complaint would be the lights in the bathroom always going off leaving u in the dark, and that someone stole our food.

5 friends and I stayed here and it was perfect. The rooms are so clean and the beds are very spacious and it is nice you each have your own locker to put your belongings and lock using your room key. Also the bathrooms in the room were very nice and clean. It was a pretty good location only a 15 or so minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to the center with a lot of restaurants and bars.

Do NOT discount the HIDDEN COSTS Upon checking in starts an endless process to trap you into paying for all sorts of "bonuses"... It starts with a FORCED membership card - which if you're not careful... they make you sign up paying per YEAR, instead of per month! c’est hôtel m’a refusé, moi et mon ami car j’avais 17 ans donc dans leurs règles il est interdit pour un jeune de 17 ans de dormir avec des personnes majeurs, je veux bien entendre mais cela n’était pas mentionné sur le site. J’ai donc dû attendre un remboursement pendant cinq jours et le recevoir après la fin de mon voyage, donc je ne peux pas pu profiter de mon argent, le personnel n’est pas très compréhensif à ce sujet.

a great hostel for meeting people, would recommend going here if you're up for that. they don't have rules or timing around sound levels at night, so if you're easily bothered by that, take it into account

The hotel is in a very good location, all the staff are very nice. The atmosphere and the people are ideal for both relaxation and fun. If you come to Mallorca, my recommendation is to stay at The Boc Hostel.

Great stay, lots of good amenities, good location to explore Palma. Definitely recommend!

Great rooms and super clean, definitely not in the best area. The staff however were extremely unfriendly and rude, creating a super unwelcoming environment from the start. The woman with the strip or blue hair was exceptionally rude and frustratingly unhelpful. A social hostel should prioritize friendly staff and this place could not be more the opposite. Book with caution.
