Lovely staff, beautiful accommodation and nice large bathrooms. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the town and breakfast is included.

Was okay. Cute places where you could relax and socialise. The only thing is that I am VERY worried for the parrot. He suffers in a tiny cage with a lot of dirt everywhere. The fishes didn’t seemed healthy either.. Also one guy at the reception was kinda rude.

This hostel was quiet and breakfast was only for an hour but really it was only for 30 mins because if you didn’t get there before 10 all the food was gone. For Lagos it was quiet and expensive. Absolutely no social and it was mostly couples. It was a relaxing time but definitely not a Lagos hostel more like a beach hostel

On arrival a male member of staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The atmosphere between staff and guests was uncomfortable - however the pool area was great. Breakfast was ok, not much selection.

Was okay, I overheard once you’ve checked out you can’t hang around even in the common area you have to leave! And can’t keep your bags anywhere!

Great homey-feeling hostel but not a huge social/solo traveller atmosphere, more like a B&B turned into a hostel. Quiet time is from about 10pm. Very clean, nice staff and the pool is great though. The free breakfast is awesome too!

If you’re looking for a hostel experience this is not the one. There’s no cooking facilities and the rooms are packed with beds with not much storage. Atmosphere is quiet and didn’t feel very homely.

Staff was very rude. There are not enough bathrooms/showers for all the guests. I had to wait upwards of 20 minutes multiple times just to use the toilet. That said, the breakfast was good and the property itself is quite nice with the pool and backyard lounge area.

This was such a cute place and we loved our room. The kitchen, pool area, and lounge spaces were clean and everyone there was super friendly. The location is a little far from town but not bad if you know what you are signing up for. We enjoyed our walks down to the beach and into the city center. Another heads up is that luggage storage is not an option prior to checking in and check-in is only 3 hours. This wasn't clear on the hostel site. Overall really good spot!

I’ve been enjoying hostels for most of the last 20 years, all over the world and this is one of the best hostels that I’ve ever been to! It has great facilities, a warm atmosphere, big community rooms and areas, including a fab swimming pool, a roof top chilling area, a nice lounge which is the home of Oscar the parrot, comfy beds and is located in a quiet residential area. The staff are fantastic too, you can see they are a good team and genuinely care about the high standards they keep.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Friendly staff, great accommodations, very clean, and a perfect atmosphere to meet people and relax. All in all a perfect hostel.

Great place for extended stays (or short ones) clean, great layout, great facilities.

Nice hostel with small kitchen area and a bar/pub downstairs. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I was on the second floor and didn’t hear any noise from the bar. Overall a good and recommended stay for travellers.

Amazing place. Loved it so much we extended a week. Super clean! Common area felt so homey & clean. Kitchen was clean & perfect size for everyone to cook & hang out. It felt more like a home. This place is a gem. Quaint quiet it still had a place for all to meet. I had the double and bath room number nine definitely recommend.

Awesome place! Rooms were very clean, kitchen was clean and had spices available. Common rooms were awesome, loved oscar and the bunny and the pool was sweet to have right there

Great place to stay in Lagos, if you want to be out of the central crowds. A little way to walk from the centre, but nearer the better beaches. The parrot was fun to talk too and the pool a bonus

Mon hostel préféré sur les 4 visités au Portugal! L’ambiance était agréable, les voyageurs très sociables et respectueux. Grande cuisine et plusieurs espaces où s’installer pour passer le temps (lorsqu’il fait moins beau ou pour relaxer). Nous avons été surpris du room service dans les chambres privées (avoir su nous aurions sécurisés nos objets de valeurs avant de quitter la chambre), mais le ménage a été fait dans le respect de nos biens! La piscine est bien et la cuisine est spacieuse et équipée. Ce qui m’a vraiment déplu de ce sejour, c’est la froideur de l’accueil et le fait que l’on ne puisse pas déposé notre bagage avant le Check in. La dame devrait changé de métier, elle n’est vraiment pas à sa place. Et nous avons trouvé 2 énormes coquerelles à notre dernier jours.

We loved this hostel! So comfortable and clean. Not a party hostel which is great. Super laid back and home like. The walk is a bit far from town but if you like to walk it is nice! We love the coffee machine, it is so yummy.
