Einige Dinge müssten repariert werden und es bräuchte neue Bettwäsche sowie bessere und größere Tresore/Schließfächer. Die Toiletten sind leider sehr klein und auf dem Gang.

We arrived, made our beds, and tried to settle in. KEY WORD: TRIED. Our group of three quickly realized that none of the outlets near our beds worked. When we went to the reception desk to ask for help, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. After making us wait, she came back with two options: move to a 6-bed mixed dorm or stay where we were. We had specifically booked a 4-bed female-only dorm for privacy and safety, so this “solution” was unacceptable. To...

Thieves around! After three months of traveling, this was the first place I got robbed — my backpack was stolen with my passport and bank cards inside. The hostel owner gave no help at all and were extremely cold. I asked him to check the CCTV, he said it was broken. I couldn’t make phone calls on my phone and asked him to call the police, but he told me it was my own problem. I should do it by myself. It was really disappointing to face such an attitude when I felt so helpless. Terrible!!

The reason I have rated this property low because the staff is not friendly to elderly guests. I had my food stolen twice out of the fridge while my items were clearly marked with my name on it all the manager said there is nothing he can do about it. So I have to replace the item. I have been to other hostels they are very friendly to me special the country next-door the Netherlands they do not look at my age. I don't know it must be an Belgium custom. Not clean at all, there was sooo many dead bugs on wall around the bed, some washrooms dont have any place to wash hands, or dont have any soap at all, shower was not clean. There was no mosquito net on the windows, so I couldn't sleep with the sound of the bugs near my ear all night long! Wouldn't come back again.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a terrible experience. - Found bed bugs on the bed and got bitten. - Strong smell of urine or feces coming from the bathroom into the room. - No staff at reception at check-in time (3 PM); 5 people were waiting. After 20 minutes, a woman arrived with her child and told us her daughter was the priority - Fire alarms went off around 5–6 AM on two different nights. Lybeer is in a great location, the facilities were cleaner than i was expecting for a travellers hostel and the staff were friendly and available to answer questions when needed. From the facilities listed I thought there would be individual lockers which were not available for the 10 bed dorm however the staff were happy to help me to store my valuables in the secure storage when I went out for the day. Wasn’t much space for everyone’s luggage in the room but it wasn’t a huge problem.

Zona segura y céntrica, el personal muy amable, los baños estaban un poco sucios pero las habitaciones bastante limpias. se puede guardar el equipaje.

Me encantó el lugar. Es súper fácil de llegar y el formato de las camas es muy cómodo y privado. Lo amé 🫰🤩

Siamo state solo una notte e avevamo una camera doppia con bagno. Camera bella con anche asciugamani (ma no phon) e prodotti di cortesia. Abbiamo usufruito solo del servizio cucina che purtroppo non era molto pulita. Il free coffee era freddo e del giorno prima. La posizione però è davvero top!

Muy buenos empleados, fueron muy amables y atentos pero necesitan contratar a más personal remunerado, no son suficientes.

The loving space and room have been obviously not been cleaned for a while. One could see without effort that they were not clean. There was no furniture, not a chair, no nothing in the room to lean in order to dress, undress, pack your stuff. The guy in the reception wss very bad at his work, made errors in charges and tried to justify it with an easy excuse. He could not care less of being good at this job.

Comfortable hostel in a great location. The well-equipped kitchen and large common room are great. My friend and I were able to get a double bed to share upon request.

unlike a hostel, feels more like a hotel with extra beds dumped in a room. hardly any walking space. was asked to pay extra on arrival as "City tax". when questioned further, was told the price of the room increased after I booked online so I have to pay the difference

Es muy céntrica la ubicación esta super para caminar a centro de brujas e ir y venir cuando quieras. Las escaleras es lo pesado me toco en el tercer piso y los escalones son super angostos. Ya es diseño de la casa creo difícil cambiar aolo consideralo por si llevas maletas de rueda o asi. El personal super amable!

El lugar es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, la estancia fue muy buena, cuestan con todos los servicios y el personal es muy amable y atento

Pros: Good location near the main square and train station. Generally clean. Cons: Waited 30 minutes to check in despite notifying them of a 3pm arrival - others were often waiting too. Found a dirty tissue on my bed on arrival. Bed sheet was ripped and pillowcase didn’t fit properly. Only one shower per floor - mine was broken, so two floors shared one. Toilet had no sink. Security was poor: dorms relied on guests locking the door (which rarely happened) and the front door stayed open 24/7...

El lugar está muy bien ubicado y el espacio es limpio, los peros que yo le pondría para volverme a alojar ahí son: 1. no tiene elevador, y las escaleras son muy pequeñas, por lo que subir con el equipaje es complicado 2. no tiene espacio para guardar el equipaje dentro de la recámara, por lo que tienes que confiar en lo que dejes ahí adentro un extra es que tiene barecito y puedes convivir con los otros hospedados

La ubicación esta bien. La cama bien. Lo mas terrible es la escalera para subir a las habitaciones. En mal estado muy estrecha e insegura. Sin percheros o bancos de apoyo en la habitación. Muy pocos baños para ducharse. En uno solo salía agua caliente e hirviendo sin poder regalarla. Mucho que mejorar.
