I expected at least a cleaner place. But there's mold everywhere, from the bed to the bathroom. It needs a lot of cleaning and the staff could improve a bit; in two days I didn't see a single smile.

1 toilet for more then 6-7 people and never toilet paper

It was lacking some important facilities like a usable kitchen or free breakfast, or even lockers for stuff. The beds were also just mosquito net around a mattress and none of our fans worked lol. But I can’t complain too much, it’s a beautiful location next to the beach and had a wonderful staff!

Private room was really nice! The bathroom could use some work. Didn't feel too clean and felt like a lot of people were using it. Seems like it should be split into shower and toilet and all problems would be solved. The Staff "Mama" is amazing tho!

There usually is a quiet time but not in this hostel so people do whatever they want not considering other people in the hostel. The bathroom should be cleaned more often during the day and maybe an update as the floor needs to be redone as it's now is very unhygienic as the bathroom is unisex and has urinal and a toilet and is also a shower.

It was a generally good experience, but the bathroom/toilet could have been cleaner, and there was rarely anyone at reception. For the same price, you might find a decent hostel that also includes free breakfast.

Kung and her mum were very friendly and funny. Always ready to help you in something. Great location if you are looking for peaceful place and Just few steps from the beach. Spacious room and bathroom.

Originally booked for 4 days but extended to 9 because we loved it so much! One of the nicest places we stayed in thailand the location was unreal less than 5 minutes to the beach, the people who worked there were lovely and dorm social area was nice.

the staff was incredible I sprained my ankle to the point of not being able to walk and they immediately offered to move me to a private room on the bottom floor, as the dorm was on the second floor, and didnt charge me extra. they'd ask me how i was doing and tried to help out any way they could. there are places to lounge around, I couldnt have asked for a better place to be healing from an injury. location is 10/10, not super social but its in a quiet area and perfect for what I needed

Beautiful hostel, staff was so lovely & kind. The location is INSANE. 20 second walk to the beach with incredible sunset views. Affordable brek/lunch/dinner options all over the island :) I stayed in the bungalows bc it was the cheapest option + for the experience and.. yeah maybe just choose the enclosed rooms w. AC! I got bitten up pretty bad. NOT the hostels fault obviously, just a general note for other budget travelers lol.

I booked the 6 bed dorm and loved the experience! Although I don't know if it's for everyone, because the dorm doesn't have walls, you just have a bed, a mosquito net and a few fans. I loved it anyways, the shower was big, the lady was super friendly, she helped me when I wanted to extend my stay and also to book a transfer to Krabi. I would definitely go back!

I like the vibe and people of the property. Honestly, the room was pretty cool. Different than any other hostel (half camping) experience to date. Fans were super loud at night. Bring earplugs and bug spray. The lady who owns the place is really nice.

If you like it fancy, maybe don’t stay in the dorm, but if you’re more into chilled vibes, this is the most perfect place to relax. The staff really makes the place, they speak very good English and help you with everything! I would recommend booking transportation and activities via the hostel, as it is cheaper and the service is phenomenal. They’ve covered a lot of the lacks in the previous reviews. They even had opened a restaurant. Felt super safe and welcome here, one of my favourite ...

Si j’avais pu je serai restée beaucoup plus longtemps dans cette fabuleuse auberge ! Si authentique avec une atmosphère comme à la maison. Et un prix vraiment accessible pour tous et toutes. Je reviendrai merci pour la gentillesse de toute la famille !

Leaf house is exactly what you expect for budget bungalow stays - comfy beds, reasonable bathrooms, lovely staff. The open style of my dorm (roof but no side walls or windows) meant that insect droppings and mosquitoes were common but expected for this kind of stay - the open air was well worth it - and the ladies cleaned every day. I loved the relaxed vibe, right on the beach, absolutely lovely. I'd recommend to anyone wanting a budget option.

Such a chilled out vibe and right by the beach! It was raining when I went but still managed to have a great time. Their social and outdoor areas are really good.

Absolutely loved this hostel! The vibe was super warm and welcoming, everything felt really cozy, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Such a sweet place — would 100% stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay here! It’s very chill, it’s a great place to relax. Also super close to the beach. Not the most luxurious or social option but it’s still very nice.
