Das essen war nicht sehr appetitlich, die Duschen und Wc’s waren auch nicht hygienisch. Ansonsten war es ok

Csak a profit számít! Előzetes értesítés nélkül, 4-6-8 ágyas szobákban helyeznek el egymás számára idegen embereket! Pl. magyarokat indiaiakkal... Egy kávé a recepción 3,90 CHF.

Ich war während des Gurtenfestival mit meinen Arbeitskollegen in diesem Hostel einquartiert. Das Hostel war sehr sauber und bittet alles was benötigt wird. Über den Service hinaus wurde ein unliebsamer Weckdienst kostenfrei zurverfügung gestellt (dieser kann nicht abbestellt werden). Meine Kollegin und ich wurden von einem schreienden Mann in unserem Zimmer aufgeweckt. Wir wurden aus dem Zimmer gejagt und die Geschäftsleitung war sehr unprofessionell, unfreundlich, respektlos und an keinlei...

Service is awful ! Don't recommend It at all! Dirty rooms! Noisy Guests !

Filled with drunken old men due to it being the only youth hostel in Bern. Would not recommend to anyone. Put an age limit on the rooms and stop making backpacking travelers room with angry 60 year olds.

Even though I booked a double room for single use, it was a bad experience! It is relatively more expensive than the other less quality hotels I stayed in. Bathrooms ans showers are shared by the hallway and there is only a sink in the double room. I could not sleep for the 2 nights straight, because rain and wind kept shaking the blinders of the window. It was fragile and.l very old. Breakfast is ridiculous. They had literally 2 apples cut to small pieces on a plate for everyone who is staying ...

I have never experienced such an embarrassing situation in a hostel. Just to provide some context: yesterday I got locked out of my room because I forgot my card inside. I went to the reception to ask if someone could open the door for me, and I started being questioned in a rude manner by the staff member Alex, only when I asked if he could open my room door. I ignored that, and today (another day), I went to the reception to buy something to drink, and he didn’t even respond to my "good eve...

Overall I liked this hostel- the beds were nice and comfortable and I slept well. There was some black mold in the shower which is kinda annoying because of the price for the hostel. I also wish the bed was somewhat made upon entering because again the cost was pretty high. The staff was very nice and I liked the breakfast.
