- Vi ankom til hotellet efter 15-timers kørsel. Da vi ankom kl. 22.15, efter at have informeret hotellet om at vi ville der omkring kl. 22.00, fik jeg af vide at vi selv skulle tjekke ind. Dette var ikke noget problem, imens jeg tjekkede ind kunne vi prøve at finde en parkeringsplads. Imens vi leder efter en parkeringsplads, bliver check-in appen ved med at sige at in-checkning fejlede. Da vi kom tilbage til hotellet efter at have parkeret bilen, stod de samme mennesker som for 1 time siden stod der. Efter ½ times ventetid, spurgte jeg dem hvad problemet var og blev informeret om at de var overbooket og derfor prøvede at finde et andet hotel. Da vi skulle køre kl. 04.30 dagen efter, så jeg ingen mening i at vi skulle vente yderligere da klokken næsten var 00.00 - jeg informerede dem om at de kunne give mig gratis afbestilling og så kørte vi videre og sov i bilen. Det fik vi heldigvis lov til. Jeg har absolut ingen forståelse for hvorfor man som gæst ikke bliver informeret om at det værelse man har ikke er tilgængelig alligevel. Check-in startede kl. 15.00, så de har haft over 7 timer til at kontakte os og informeret os om at vi ikke havde et værelse alligevel, på trods af at det var booket måneder på forhånd. Receptionisten var rigtig sød, men aldrig har jeg oplevet så ringe gæsteservice som her.

- The room was a bit cold, and the bed was uncomfortable. The check-in process was a nightmare. No WiFi I wouldn’t stay here again.

- 1. After checking in online, the receptionist insisted us to check in again with her, which doesn’t help with very long checking procedure on the phone with 4 people checking in. This was later proven not needed to do it twice from the other receptionist. 2. There was used sweet wrapping paper on my bed….
+ Letto comodo ma un solo cuscino (ho dovuto dormire con uno zaino sotto la testa!); scaldasalviette in bagno.
- Squallido negli ambienti (sembrava di stare in una metropolitana; colore delle pareti grigio scuro); compresenza di "hotel" e ostello; tutta la notte gente che va e viene; ragazzi che urlano, sbattono porte, trascinano valigie. Abbiamo pagato per la camera con colazione compresa e non c'era nessuno a controllare per cui, se non l'avessimo pagata, avremmo fatto colazione lo stesso (come la quasi totalità degli utenti!). In camera un solo asciugamano per tutto; un solo cuscino basso e scomodo. Il check in da incubo: un app che dopo un pò ti butta fuori e devi ricominciare da capo; duemilioni di informazioni obbligatorie richieste!! Le scale per la sala colazione (essenziale e di qualità mediocre) sembrava di stare in un ospedale psichiatrico italiano degli anni '60!

- Troppo alto il prezzo per la cameretta che è stata data Quando siamo arrivati il letto non era fatto ,chek in lento e rapporto qualità prezzo non soddisfacente .
+ Das einzige was einigermaßen ok war ist das Personal an der Rezeption. Recht freundlich.
- Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Möbel kaputt, überall Dreck im Zimmer, Badezimmer total verschimmelt, Abfluss im Waschbecken und Duche verstopft. Haben gebeten das zh beheben, wurde notiert aber nicht behoben. Geht gar nicht. Sogar eine süße kleine Kakerlake hatten wir im Badezimmer. Frühstück nicht genießbar. Nur ein Beispiel: Ein Stück Butter war in der Auslage von dem jeder mit SEINEM eigenen Messer runterschneiden musste. Hygienisch sehr bedenklich. Alles im allen unterirdisch. Geht da ja nicht hin! Preisleistung gibt es nicht.
+ La posizione mi è piaciuta, perché si arriva in stazione in pochi minuti a piedi e da lì è facile arrivare in centro con i mezzi
- La pulizia della camera era pessima. C’era addirittura spazzatura sul pavimento che non era stata pulita.

- The room was not clean. There was dust under the bed and a clogged drain. Despite raising these issues, the response was very slow. The front desk service was poor; staff were unprofessional and were shouting at guests, which I personally witnessed. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Close to main train station which is great, but a decent walk from the river and old town areas. Much cleaner in the rooms than anywhere else in the hostel. Laundry situation was a bit odd and not explained by the staff - ended up at a laundromat instead. But the room was clean and cool enough with the window open, even on a warmer night.
Weird place to stay, staff not very friendly or forthcoming with information. Our room was a strange layout, one bunk bed and 2 single beds with barely a gap between. Luckily I was travelling with my sister otherwise you’d be getting to know someone up close and personal! There was no reason not to have another bunk bed. Kitchen and bathroom were not very clean. Fine if you have no where else to stay but I wouldn’t be back.
Ich habe hier 3 Nächte verbracht. Alles super 😄 Quartier und Lage perfekt. Gerne jederzeit wieder 😄 Absolut empfehlenswert 👍
No complaints
The room and attached bathroom themselves were great. quite clean and had all that was needed. hostel was in a fantastic location relative to the train station, bus station and food shopping, but it was a bit further away from the main old town. my only complaint wpuld be in relation to the kitchen. lacking kitchen knives, bowls, spoons/forks and glasses. there were just enough odds and ends to get by though!
Hostel enorme e prédio extremamente confuso e mal sinalizado. você literalmente demora 10 minutos pra achar a escada certa que leva ao seu andar e achar seu quarto dentro do andar com vários corredores e mezaninos, sem ordem ou sinalização descente que te leve ao quarto certo. pra piorar o funcionário do check in estava sobrecarregado, demorou 5-8 minutos pra me atender e ainda me deu a chave do quarto errada. Quarto de 4 tinha 2 camas juntas. limpeza e instalações eram ok.
Facil de llegar, cerca de la estacion y completo.
Kamers waren heel krap, als je met 6 of 8 mensen op een kamer ligt lig je echt op elkaar. Beneden was wel een bar, maar geen bijzondere of gezellige sfeer. We konden pas om 15 uur inchecken, maar de kamer was alsnog erg vies. Locatie was wel prima. naast het station en op loopafstand naar het centrum
It was fine. the staff was nice when we needed them. The location is good, its really nice being close to the trainstation and it was about a 20-30 min walk to the center. However i feel it was a bit expensive for how theu delivered with the cleanliness. Quite dirty, didnt really feel like they ever cleaned the room, other than change trash cans. And we stayed 3 nights, and when we arrived the room was dirty to start. The kitcen had everything you needed but was also quite dirty and unpleasant

The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The room looked nothing like what the website pictures showed us we were booking, we had to make our own beds, the charging ports did not work and neither did the WiFi. Really weird mix of middle school students and old people. Good if your train is coming in late but other than that wouldn’t recommend at all
The location was the best part. But the downside about this place was the bathroom had not been cleaned and was disgusting. The shelves in the cupboards in the bedroom were broken. The bed shelves/sides are dusty.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très sales (restes de nourriture près des lits, drain de douche bouché,aucun papier de toilette,etc.) L’auberge se situe dans le quartier près de la gare.Bien que pratique, le sentiment de sécurité n’était pas très présent,surtout pour revenir ou marcher seule la nuit.Il n’y avait qu’une seule personne à la réception,donc toujours occupée avec l’arrivée de groupes,ce qui entraînait de longue attente. La cuisine et l’espace commun ...
Nice location for train. The cost is not worth it however. On my day of checkout, the room cleaner barged into my private room an hour before checkout. No knocking, just turned around to find him inside my room. Absolutely unacceptable.
Very clean hostel and the beds are super comfortable. The only reservations I have are there were no lockets to store things in, so a hostel lock is a must. Not the most social place, a lot of middle aged people were there during my stay which was interesting. The location is alright, as a female traveler I was just a tad uncomfortable walking back in the early evening in the dark. With that being said, overall good value for money hostel if you just want a bed that is clean.
Very disappointing stay. Despite night noise rules, it was extremely loud with shouting and vibrations of people running down the hallways until early morning. Our bunk was less than a metre from the toilet and the room was unbearably hot like a sauna which made it impossible to sleep. Radiator and windows poorly placed, accessible only behind one of the beds. Kitchen was absolutely filthy, with no bowls at all. Our food was stolen from the fridge twice which we were told happens regularly.
The hostel has a small kitchen, and the facilities were clean and pleasant. However, it’s not really a hostel for meeting people since it feels more like a hotel. During my stay there were many school groups with teenagers screaming and running around everywhere, which made it very uncomfortable, especially because I needed to work and the noise was extremely loud. Aside from that, the location was excellent and the staff treated me very well.
