they overbooked and sent me to another sketchy hostel across the street ~3am which charged much more than advertised
the building was in a bad state and dirty. the bathroom was dirty. the staff was nice, but some of them could not speak english.

The location in the center of the country is fantastic with all the important shopping and entertainment areas and the metro nearby
Desayuno podría ser mejor al igual que limpieza de los baños. Por favor hagan algo con las moscas en las áreas comunes! Resto todo ok!
Breakfast could be better as well as cleaning the toilets. please do something about the flies in the common areas!
Ambiente agradable, me gustó el desayuno y me ayudaron mucho porque un chico de ahí habla en español.
Nice atmosphere, I enjoyed the breakfast and they helped me a lot because a guy there speaks Spanish.
Very good hostel , it has a perfect position close to all accomodations , the owners are very kind , i strongly recommend

The staff is very friendly, the price is very nice, the location is very good, except the bathroom is not very nice and the bedding is not very clean, overall is highly recommended.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und mir hat es sehr gefallen. Wenn ich nochmal nach Kairo kommen sollte, werde ich wieder in das WakeUp Hostel gehen

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very near to Tahrir square and bus stand, metro station are nearby. The rooms are nice and cozy. The hosts and staffs are very helpful.

If u are looking to cheap stay in the middle of everything , if u want to meet the real Egyptian guys , this is exactly where u need to go , Shihab and Ahmed were super nice and cooperative if u need anything just let them know ,, enjoy Cairo
Highly recommended. Really great location with extremely friendly staff who are keen to help and answer any questions. It is a hostel so facilities and cleanliness are at the standard level - however this is a plus and it was what I would expect. They are also extremely communicative and help with transport to and from the airport if you need it which is a real positive! If you are staying in Cairo and trying to keep it cheap you cannot do better!

excelente hostel en el Cairo, todo excelente, la atencion que recibimos no podria superarse, el dueño del hostel nos ayudo muchisimo, incluso para seguir nuestro viaje por el resto de Egipto. Si vienen al Cairo, paren aqui
Excellent hostel in Cairo, everything excellent, the attention we received could not be surpassed, the hostel owner helped us a lot, even to continue our trip around the rest of Egypt.
A very good stay! Near to Cairo Museum, good breakfast, awesome staffs. It's a small hostel, but it's not a problem!
Everything was good here. The staff were helpful, and my room was great. They helped me with transportation to and from the airport, and they helped me communicate with the organizers for other trips when I had problems. Any question was answered quickly and courteously.
