Hostel Tivoli

The hotel offers 24 hour check in, the timeframe for my reservation has come and gone. No confirmation still, yet they still took my money. As a result I was in outside downtown Lubljana all night in the cold. Perhaps don't offer 24 hour check in if you are unable to accommodate? I would avoid this place at all cost.

Es mucho mas pequeño que en las fotos, la habitación es muy estrecha para todas personas que están dentro de ella (8) y el colchón era super incomodo se notaban todos los muelles. Los baños no estaban del todo limpios, muy pequeños y compartidos con todos los huéspedes del hostel. Y si fuera poco me robaron el cargador del movil. También esta muy lejos del centro de la ciudad y la entrada al hostel daba miedo. Lo único que el desayuno estaba incluido, pero era muy reducido.

there is no space in the kitchen, just for one person. same in the common area, you need to wait until another person finish his meal otherwise you cannot eat or seat there. my room was full of drunk mens who woke me up many times due their situation. i couldn’t feel safe, at least was for just one night.

We did not enjoy our stay. The hostel is the smallest we have ever seen with 3-story-beds crammed into a small room. The bed did not look freshly made, the lockers were dirty and the bathroom was dirty as well with lots of hair on the floor. The reception is also the only community and breakfast area and has very few seats. The vibe was weird. That the hostel was located quite far from the city center did not help. The breakfast was okay. We were glad to be in a group and left the next morning.

Not great. I thought this place would be fine just for a bed for one night but it was still not good for that. The staff were pretty apathetic. Big 15 person dorm room, people were loud and inconsiderate from pretty early in the morning. Worst part was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable at all. 15-20 minute walk to bus station and to the old town as well. Definitely not worth the price

breakfast 9am: bread, jam, milk and corn/choc cereal. thats it

It’s ok the location is perfect to downtown Ljubljana but 11 bunks with 3 bunks high is a lot.

This is like the tiny home of hostels. Ok for a night but would not stay longer knowing what I do now. Incredibly small and stuffy. With rude guests staying it made for an unpleasant stay. Would not recommend.

It was very bad. 1. Except for one woman, the staff were awful. One was too busy with his friends(not guests)to help, everyone else was otherwise often on personal phones or watching movies instead of working 2. We were told at 9am that by paying 8€ our clothes would be washed dried and folded max. 3 hours / by the time we got back. We returned at 10pm to find our clothes wet in washer 3. Triple stacked bunks were unsafe without proper hand rails 4. Small/cramped rooms kitchen sittin...

15-20min footwalk to centre, bathroom wasn't really clean, trash cans were flowing over, the dorm doors were always unlocked, one time the staff didn't show up in the morning so there was no breakfast.

Smaller than expected, almost no communal space or kitchen facilities for self catering but did do breakfast which was a bonus, limited bathroom/shower space and not easy/cheap washing facilities. 3-storey beds not so fun. Was fine for a night or two and not too far a walk into the city centre and was right by the park which was great.

Was nice for two nights

I had a nice stay in the Hostel Tivoli. It has a welcoming vibe, the staff was willing to help, it was clean and yea I have nothing bad to say. It wasn’t very social, which is pity, but could be the time of the year I visited etc. You can get there by public transport easily or by your feet through beatiful park.

the staff was fine but they really dont have a lot of space at this facility. i also asked ro use the washer 3 days in a row and i got a ddifferwnt excuse as to why it ouldnt work or tine constraints. Finally the whole top bunk of three is a bit dangerous like they need more handles or apmething because it is a pain ro get into. ThatbbeinThatbbeing said itbis in a good apot bybthe park and was very clean.

J’ai passé deux nuits à l’auberge Tivoli. J’ai bien aimé la situation géographique de l’auberge depuis laquelle il est possible de se rendre facilement à pieds dans le centre ville ou à la gare. L’auberge est plutôt propre, équipée avec tout le nécessaire (la cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle). J’ai apprécié le petit-déjeuner offert le matin. Fiquei só uma noite, nos sentimos seguros e nossa demanda foi atendida. Ficaria novamente numa próxima viagem

Staff was super friendly :)

Great value and free breakfast. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We were due to arrive really late so the hostel kindly sent us all the information we needed to get in. The dorm rooms were small but they did well to create space for luggage and lockers next to the beds. Kitchen also very small but well equipped.

This was my second time staying here, it’s cozy but pretty small and definitely not for everyone. Not much atmosphere. But if you want to stay in a small intimate hostel rather than a party hostel, this is your spot.

The hostel itself was completely fine, but it smelled weird when I was there. Maybe it's because the 10 bed dorm has only one small window...otherwise I was happy. The staff was very helpful and organized, the small kitchen had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable

El hostel en gral es pequeño pero está bien. La ubicación no es la mejor, para el tamaño de la ciudad el hostel está algo distanciado del centro y las principales actividades. Obviamente hay buses que pasan casi por la puerta del hostel.

Pretty quiet and peaceful vibes, right by the big park which I loved and was very grateful for the free breakfast. Nice people there, def not a party hostel but very friendly 😊
