Mas de 60€ la noche para quedarte en una habitacion con la ventana rota (que no estamos en el trópico, estamos en Holanda y hacia muchisimo frio) La tercera litera es EXCESIVAMENTE alta, parece que estas en el piso supeperior, no seria un problema si la escalera hay fuese segura, por no hablar de lo viejo que es todo, en 3 dias que estuvimos no fueron capaces de rellenar el champu y gel, no entiendo para que lo ofrecen si luego lo las tienen disponibles... Parece un hostal sin personal en el....

Great property shamefully presented by mediocre (and talented) people. keep looking good cleaning! Doesn't take away from how you stand in your position #lifetip - review from a guy that didn't let them talk down to me after they stole from me. Unfortunately the police agreed an item isn't worth combating. This is a review not a comment for a comment.

not clean

Got off train late went to the hostel around 24:00, called the number on the door to be let in several times and no one answered. Had to Uber across town to one of the few available hotels. Went to Cocomama in the morning and explained the situation and the night receptionist said he received no calls which is not possible because the calls went to their voicemail. Did not receive refund, I emailed Cocomama about the situation, asked for one nights reimbursement and I recieved no response.

The room was not cleaned and two of our four beds were still used when we showed up. After talking to the staff, they told us, this is cleaned and won't get any better. In the end they at least made the two bads ready for us with fresh blankets. sorry for the bad rating :(

Stayed in a double room as a couple. Pictures definitely taken with a wide angle lens from the best possible angle at the best possible time; we were disappointed in everything but the location and the other people staying there. Wouldn’t recommend, especially at the price point. We were able to get double rooms at several hotels the following nights for the same price.

The hostel is very old and its dirty everywhere, the bathroom is dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, the room is cold and the windows are not sealed so air from outside gets in, the common area is filled witl old and dirty furnitures, the garden outside ios not well kept. All in all its somewhat better than sleeping och the street.

The house is too small. The room has 6 people but the space to stand in is only one suitcase size. When one person has to pack, no one can walk or move.

Positive Hot shower, toilet worked The bed was not comfortable. (Mattress too thin) As the weather, hearts up no aircon would be a pass from me, for this property. The ear plugs were helpful, as the window needs to be open. The curtain does not cover the window allowing too much morning sunlight to stream through. Advance Warning of the steps, did not seem obvious in your sign up page

The only disadvantage I find is there should be someone in the morning just case you have problems with your internet connection because then you can't get in the hostel.

Barely saw the staff, the window could not be close and there was no plugs at every bed.

Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y calentitas, tenían cortinas y estaban prolijos y ambientados El personas nos atendió hermoso La ubicación quedaba cerca de las paradas de trenes y cambiable hacia todos lados La pasamos hermoso!!!!

Super weird check-in process, poor communication. Dank, stinky luggage storage. Imagine the pictures and cover them in a layer of grime and a weird smell.

Very good

This was a great stay. ClinkCoco is cute and cozy, and its location in the city isn’t bad (about 15 min walk to Museumplein, and tram stops right outside). I loved the garden access and the beds were comfy as well. My only (small) complaints are that the rooms and lockers are a bit small, and the stairs can be killer if you’re on the top floor. But it’s all a part of the experience!

This hostel was so friendly and warm. I loved the intimate environment and getting to chat with the staff, who were always so pleasant. This was an amazing experience. The rooms were a bit tight but the bathrooms were always clean and available. The kitchen area was fully equipped and also kept clean and well stocked with appliances. I would recommend staying here again, the location alone was perfect a short walk from the tram/metro to get anywhere in the city (or by foot).

Great cosy hostel (no party vibes but just chill) for at-home vibes, located at a good location in Amsterdam (next to Albert Cuyp market). Slept in the 6-bed dorm, with 3-bedded bunk beds. Normally not a fan, but these ones were build nicely. Really comfy matrasses. Kitchen and living room were not too big but had everything you needed. Bonus is cute kittycat Mieske. Would come back!

Location is good, and the common room is cosy. Most places are clean, but the washroom is so smelly. There's an emergency number, but they never answered. While I was staying for 3 nights, there was 2 fire alarms, but nobody cared, staff members didn't show up.😭

Really amazing facility and good vibez

Good location but the rooms are small

this was such a nice hostel to stay in! the beds were comfy, it was mostly quiet, room was super cute and the kitchen/common space is awesome, it feels very homely! however, there was no reception (contrary to what’s written) when i arrived early hoping to drop my bags, and when i finally called the ‘emergency’ number they said they were understaffed and no one would be there til check in time. if i had known this i could planned differently! confusing and very unprofessional communication...

Está es una reseña con datos, no opiniones. El hostel es chiquito. La sala común están en el subsuelo. Es acogedora y nada más. Me tocó un cuarto que era 2 pisos por escalera. La cama estaba medianamente cómoda. Me pareció bastante caro como lo es todo Ámsterdam. La ubicación ni tan tan ni muy muy, estás a 15 min caminando del centro. No mucho más por decir. Salu2

Alles war einfach perfekt Zuhause Atmosphäre

ClinkCoco is a safe bet however it depends on the room. For the past 5 stays, I've opted for the 4 person bunk bed rooms and had luck with the KLM and Cheese rooms. I recently stayed in the "Bike" room and there was evidence of mold/mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom and an overwhelming smell of it in the room. It is unhealthy to breathe. Manager blamed the lack of ventilation of the old building. No excuse. Fix it. Bunk charging stations need updating, they don't support usb-c, only usb.

It was cozy and nice, but the facilities were a bit run down, and the rooms a bit small. There were no social activities, and I would prob not visit if solo again. There were no demographic is a bit older than I thought

Loved my stay here

My boyfriend and I were staying for 3 nights in this lovely, small and comfy hostel and we would definitely come back! It is easy to get there, the location is really good and there is a train station directly next to the hostel. Our arrival was nice & easy. We stayed in the Boerenbont Dorm (6 persons) and yes, the room is small but really cute and prettier than in the pictures. The bed is comfy and have a good curtain and there is a lot of space for your luggage. The only thing is that the bed...

Tout simplement incroyable, l’ambiance, les chambres, la cuisine, tout était nickel. Je recommande absolument surtout pour une première expérience en auberge de jeunesse.
