Point Break Santa Teresa

The place was in a good location and the rooms were comfortable enough. Other than that there isn’t much else on offer. If you’re looking for a quick comfortable spot for a night, it’s a good option. If you’re staying for a little longer there are better options.

Very basic and simple hostel, no real common areas to meet people and unfortunately the room had its issues. The shower had no stream/water pressure, it was just water coming out of a hose basically. I stayed in the four bed dorm and only one bed had an outlet next to it, and there was only one other outlet in the room. That was an issue for when I needed to work since I couldnt charge my computer anywhere convenient. The bed was also very squeaky and top bunk mattresses were incredibly thin

Awesome Hostel!! Out of all 5 Hostels I have stayed at in Costa Rica this has been the nicest one!! Clean, great staff, cool common/hangout areas, good air conditioning, hot water, towels provided for free and you even get a room key to keep belongings locked up and safe. Good location, in the center of town so very close to supermarkets, Beach access and a great soda called “Soda Pura Vida”.

One of our favorite hostels on our Central America trip. The rooms are spacious, great AC and comfy beds (and hot showers). The staff are so helpful and the location is perfect - near to bars, restaurants and the beach. We wished we’d stayed longer!

Das Hostel war sehr sauber und ruhig. Das 4-Personen-Dorm war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Klimaanlage und Duschgel/Coditioner in den Duschen, kleinem Balkon,... Das Personal war sehr freundlich und durch den Nachtwächter entsteht eine sehr sichere Atmosphäre. Ich würde wiederkommen!

Muy buen hostal con personal muy agradable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La habitacion era espaciosa y muy cómoda.
