I CAN SAY IT IS JUST AN OK HOSTEL. NO DIRECTIONS TO REACH THE PLACE. PEOPLE ARE COMPLETELY UNFAMILIAR WITH THE CITY. THERE WAS NO WATER FOR 2 DAYS. WE HAD TO GO TO NEXT DOOR HOTEL TO USE THE TOILET, CONSEQUENTLY EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY AND NASTY. THE STAFF WILLING TO HELP AND GIVE THE RIGHT INFORMATION. DARIO USA

I had a genuinely great stay here. The atmosphere in the dormitory is relaxed, social, and surprisingly comfortable for Muscat standards. What really stood out, though, was the staff — especially one particular employee whose kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional.
