- I had a long stay here for about 1 month as the rate is within my budget. I had my luggage keep in their storeroom as I was not able to carry them after check out and requested the staff, Katijah to keep it there until I get back to the hotel. However the staff at the reception said the luggage was no longer there. She said they dispose it. She or other staff should have call me first before they dispose any guest belongings. But they never contact me regarding my luggage. I really disappointed. What I can say is I will not stay here in the future!!!

- Harga berlainan dr booking rm 211 tapi ada tambah tax lg Dan extend cakap rm 40 bila nak pi byr harga rm 60.Tolong bg harga yang btl jgn naikan harga masa ke masa tukar harga.

- it was treatment of the staff was inappropriate. I paid daily service fees, but they did not come to clean the rooms. Also, the prices increased from time to time. Check-out time was an hour late, but 40 rm was deducted from deposit

- Receptionist Indian staff arrogant

+ The worst hotel in my last year, I visited 5 different countries in a year and the first time I came across such a hotel, I do not advise, I do not recommend !!!!

+ Booking harga lain.. bila nk check in harga lain di kiosk.. pas tu mcm2 charge ada.. kenapa x lum sum semua skali dgn charge time booking tu ye.. Time book rm76 Time nk check rm84 Time nk bayar guna kad jadi rm94 Pas tu yg deposit rm50.. itu normal la. Blih terima
