- Our room (3-bed) was very dirty, the shower(head) was digusting and we had a smoked joint and some other dirt on one of the beds. Also the room is very close to the walk way which made it so you couldn’t open the blinds really.

- La piscina en mal estado, no tenía una zona para tender la ropa mojada , los baños estaban sucios y el personal no daba una buena atención, la cama no es cómoda.
+ The property is beautiful and surrounded by plants and also has a pool.
- I didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveller due to the reception being unattended from 10pm to 8am each day, along with other times during the day when there would be nobody there. There was an older man in my dorm who made me feel very uncomfortable because he told me he was going to marry me and he was taking videos of me without my permission. I went to get help from reception at around 9pm. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody came, and a guest sitting nearby confirmed nobody had been at reception for some time. I also called the number for the hostel and sent a message on Booking, but did not receive a reply. There was nobody else in my dorm when this happened except for the man, and I felt extremely unsafe without a contact point at night in this large hostel.

- Mande mensaje días antes para preguntar si aceptan tarjetas y me dijeron que sí, al llegar me dijeron que no, sólo dólares. Eso es una mala jugada.

Great location in town and lovely pool. However the private room was absolutely invested with mould. Every time you opened the door you were hit with the most awful smell and everything felt damp.

- Personal war sehr unfreundlich beim einchecken, zudem wurde uns gesagt, dass wir 13% mehr zahlen müssen, wenn wir mit Karte zahlen. Für die Barzahlung sollte man Doller mitbringen, bei Colones macht das Personal einen eigenen Umrechnungskurs, der uns am Ende 12 Dollar mehr gekostet hat. Wirkt eher wie eine Abzocke. Das Bett war auf einer Seite durchgebrochen und somit kaum zum schlafen zu gebrauchen. Zimmer riechen modrig durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit.

Okay hostel but not worth the money. I found the staff pretty charmless. Pool was nice and the kitchen was great. Not much of a social atmosphere, I think there are better hostels in Puerto Viejo.

- La limpieza, y descontrol de las reservas, garde mis cosas en el looker para ir a la playa y le dieron mi cama a otra persona, deje mi paño en la cama y se lo llevaron, por que pensaron que era del hostel
The night activities I can participate in Cleaning, and unchecking reservations, keeping my things in the locker for going to the beach and giving my bed to someone else, leaving my cloth on the bed and taking it away, because they thought it was from the hostel

+ Tolle Lage, schöne Anlage, alles ist super entspannt. Tolles Hostel für Backpacker!! Parkplatz in der Nähe, Anlage wird gepflegt. Fahrräder können im Nachbarhotel ausgeliehen werden.
- Keine Haken an den Wänden oder Ablagemöglichkeiten!
Great location, nice Anlage, everything is super relaxed. Tolles Hostel für Backpacker!! Parking nearby, Anlage is well maintained. Bikes can be rented at the neighboring hotel. Keine Haken an den Wände or Storage facilities!
+ Daa Apartment war sehr gross. Es gab 2 Balkons und 2 Zimmer.
- Es war abends und nachts sehr laut, wegen dem angrenzenden Restaurant/Bar. Dort gab es jeden Abend laute Musik, Konzerte und Karaoke.

+ Tolle Lage, liebes Personal und schöner Poolbereich. Das Zimmer war gross. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und ordentlich, weil jeder Gast seine Sachen in Plastikboxen aufbewahren konnte 👍🏼
- Ein Moskitonetz beim Bett wäre toll, da es viele Moskitos hatte.

+ El hostel queda muy cerca de las playas y cuenta con cocina y piscina para nadar. En tanto confort es muy práctica, aunque lo malo fue que el wifi no llegaba a las habitaciones, solo a la cocina, por lo que cuando desayunabamos había mucha gente haciendo calls o usandolo. La psicina es climatizada y es compartida con otro hostel vecino. Cuenta con un bar en la entrada, donde hacen karaokes casi todas las noches (y a veces se escucha en las habitaciones pero no es un gran problema porque suelen terminar temprano).
