- Es una pasada las puertas dando portazos ,la gente hablando por teléfono a voces a las 2 de la mañana no hay normas de convivencia y tienen que empezar por el propio hostel.....pagar 36 euros para no descansar no es justo, hagan algo ,con esos ruidos ye inculquen civismo a los clientes

- C'est un pod et non une chambre. La porte ne ferme ni complètement en haut ni en bas, donc on entend tout, y compris le souffle des personnes dans le pod voisin.

- No hubo buena comunicación, me quede mas de media hora fuera de noche sola debido a que la recepcionista no me informo de cómo acceder si llegaba tarde, sitio bastante pequeño y las sabanas no estaban limpias

- The workers refused to add my days in the property just because I grilled fish at the other property, they told me they don’t like the smell of fish, so if you have any Type of fish I advise not to go there

The staff treated people differently giving free services to some playing favourites and treated others terribly. I told them it wasn’t right and that targeting individuals with bad treatment for no reason ruins the atmosphere of the hostel - their response was that there are rules they need to follow but I had witnessed how the rules apply differently to everyone.
Pésimo olor dentro de las habitaciones, penetrante que no se iba. Pareciera que había alguien que no se bañaba. No lo recomiendo para nada por ese detalle. Baños medio limpios, regaderas bien. Gente muy extraña hospedada ahí. Ambiente aburrido y hostil.
The smell inside the rooms is horrible, penetrating that you can't leave. it seems that someone was not bathing. i don't recommend it at all for that detail. bathrooms are half clean, showering is good. very strange people are staying there. atmosphere is boring and hostile.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Pretty far from the city but the local transit is easy to use. I will warn they do leave the front door open all day and people smoke at a table right in front of the door, so the place often smelt like cigarettes. Besides that, very clean and well kept.

Ok hostel close to the city center. Great kitchen the rest was ok. No privacy in the rooms and no luggage storage after check out. Even just for some hours even tho we stayed some time. It cast 46€ to store your bag for a day… everywhere else the would store it for you. For the price it was ok, could be cleaner
Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza, se nota que se trabaja en este ámbito y las instalaciones se ven modernas. No obstante, no me gustó que las limpiadoras estuviesen a las 10h de la mañana en los baños y duchas, debería ser antes porque si a las 11 es el check out, dificulta ir al baño tranquilo y sin prisas. What I liked most was the cleanliness, you can see that you work in this area and the facilities look modern. however, I didn't like that the cleaners were at 10 am in the bathrooms and showers, it should be earlier because if at 11 am is the check out, it is difficult to go to the bathroom quietly and without haste. it would be first thing in the morning. the room is quite small, for people who I can overwhelm it is a complicated situation; the beds were very comfortable and the pillows too.

+ Excellent kitchen and tables /sofas. Sleeping booths were very comfortable. Good security We were there during Las fallas- we didn't to walk into the centre to see the sculptures. They were in the local neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants near by and a good supermarket near.
- The mattresses were smaller than the bunk, so things slipped down!

- Deberían usar unas cortinas más grandes o blackout en las ventanas de las habitaciones para enviar el sol de la madrugada.
People who work in reception should use larger curtains or blackout on the windows of the bedrooms to send out the early morning sun.

+ The showers were nice but I wasn’t given a towel
- the private room isn’t very private, the door has gaps above and below it so it’s more like a cubicle door so you’re better off just booking a shared room :(. The workers. Not a complaint but the workers would randomly switch from Spanish to English when speaking to me although I speak fluent Spanish.
+ Me gusto que habia un mercadona cerca no me fue dificil moverme al centro, tenia buena conexion. Caminando medaba el oceanografic a 30 minutos mas o menos. 😃

I like that there was a market nearby so it was not difficult for me to get around the center, it was well connected, walking down the oceanographic station 30 minutes or so. 😃 Everything excellent

Clean laundry, clean bathroom and public kitchen.
+ Lo que más me gustó fue el trato recibido por la plantilla, todos muy amables y muy educados y sobre todo Gero!! Un auténtico crack =)
- Que para ir al baño había que pasar por la cocina y que no había vitrocerámica, aunque habiendo horno y freidora de aire tampoco es del todo necesario.
What I liked most was the treatment received by the staff, all very friendly and very polite and above all Gero!! a real crack =) That to go to the bathroom you had to go through the kitchen and that there was no glassware, although having a oven and air fryer is not at all necessary either.

+ Cogi un cuarto mixto junto con un amigo, las camas muy bien, limpias y con las luces aplicables muy utiles. Me gusto mucho que esten separadas por laminas finas de madera, hace el espacio mas personal, intimo y acogedor.
- Al ser una habitación mixta ya sabía con lo que me encontraría. Tuve que lidiar con los olores de los otros huespedes, pero por suerte la buena separación de las camas por sus paredes, y al poner la cabeza en el otro extremo, limitaba el olor. Los unicos problemas han sido el olor y el estado de los baños. Al fin al cabo compartes estancia con mucha gente.
I took a mixed room together with a friend, the beds very well, clean and with very useful applicable lights. I really like that they are separated by thin sheets of wood, it makes the space more personal, intimate and cozy. Being a mixed room I already knew what I would encounter. I had to deal with the smells of the other guests, but luckily the good separation of the beds by their walls, and putting the head at the other end, limited the smell. + Les lits sont très confortables. Les espaces sont propres et le personnel est sympa.
- Le wifi ne marchait pas dans la chambre. Un des matins nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude (mais tous les autres oui).
The beds are very comfortable. the spaces are clean and the staff is friendly. the wifi was not working in the room. one of the mornings we didn't have hot water (but all the others did).
