- Poor service
+ Nothing. I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay and informed to the management. But, they did not even meet me or reply my email. Even now, I am still anxious if I can get rid of bed bugs completely or not. Do not advertise this place for the sake of solo travelers. They will suffer like me. They are not responsible at all.
- Bed bugs, irresponsible, not clean. Customer service is so bad.

- Muffa nelle pareti ,ragnatele nel soffitto ,assenza di una finestra nella camera e nel bagno, sporcizia e moltissima umidità nella stanza. Odore sgradevole ,foto presenti su Booking che non corrispondono alla realtà. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare struttura alla metà del nostro soggiorno causa i motivi sopraelencati.

- Internet cekmiyor, sandalye yok ,masa yok Banyo da askı yok. Sabah 4 adam sarhoş geliyor giriş cikiş saati yok mu ? Personel bir krallık kurmuş kendi aralarında özellikle temizlik yapanlar .;onlar mı müşteri biz mi müşteri belli değil . Mutfağı temizlik için kapatıyorlar. Temizlik yapanların arkadaşlarına açık, ,içerideki bir güzel sohbet ediyorlar. Diger temizlik yapanların arkadaşları olmayan bizler de dışarda onların sohbetinin bitip mutfağı açmalarını bekliyorduk..
+ Very convenient location, not too far from Union Station. Building is quite nice both inside and out. Offered luggage storage prior to check-in.
- The security guard (Stephen) was extremely verbally abusive and threatening to the point that I had to check out the same day. My assigned bed was taken, so I (incorrectly) assumed that the bed numbers weren’t respected, and took another bed. After an hour, Stephen saw this, questioned me to which I apologised but he became very agitated, shouting at me, saying that I’m dirty so the bed is unusable, insisted that the receptionist double charge my credit card, said that I’m not wanted there, that my generation is entitled, etcetera. I felt extremely threatened and feared that he was going to physically assault me, even after I apologised non-stop for my mistake. I checked out that same night at 9PM as I did not feel safe staying there when the security guard treats paying guests in such a way, especially for such an issue that was very easily resolvable. I accepted my mistake of not notifying the receptionist, but he wasn’t having any of it. In all my travels throughout Europe, never have I ever witnessed such an abusive member of staff, even in places costing $5 per night. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour.
+ Upon arrival, I found that the stairs were steep and the hallway extremely narrow. My 28-inch suitcase could not pass through at all, and even a 23-inch suitcase was very difficult to maneuver. I asked the staff for assistance with my luggage, but my request was refused. After multiple unsuccessful attempts over approximately 20 minutes, I had no choice but to book alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, the host refused to issue a refund. I do not recommend staying at this property.

- Bed smell, super tight room. The room, and room looked nothing like the photos when I booked.
+ I met up the landlord, Indian one and the Turkish(çırak) the Turkish one was good compared to bastard Indian!!!! The bastard Indians smelled my cigarettes and he immediately asked to smoke into the apartment you have no fucking a child front of you you absurd bastards Indian you have to fucking respect people. I am 30 years old female, and I have no business with the Indian monkeys.

- Las escaleras son un tanto estrechas y no tienen ascensor. Los lockers para dejar valijas no son lo suficientemente grandes. Además, en las habitaciones sería bueno que dejen algún jabón líquido para poder usar en la ducha
+ I stayed at the Clarence Park to prep food for my cross country trip. It was the perfect location! I was able to easily walk around town or catch the bus. I did not eat breakfast with others because of my allergies, but I did get to use a fully functioning kitchen and enjoy the space around my travels. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. I will definitely stay there again in the future!
- I am not sure how it could have been made better, but the bed inside the door was hard for the person in the top bunk to get into compared to the other beds. Again, it was adequate, and probably impossible to improve, but I would note going forward to avoid that bed.

+ Excellent location. Poor breakfast. good value . I had a private room with my own bathroom. I'm older so didn't want to share a room with strangers.
+ Gostei de tudo: lugar calmo, organizado, tudo muito limpo, é possível deixar a bagagem antes do horário do check-in, café da manhã incluído, com frutas, pães, leite, chá, cereais e geleia; bem localizado, supermercado perto, transporte público farto, inclusive para o aeroporto, linha 900+metrô 2 por 3$. Disponibilizam toalhas, chuveiro ótimo, secador de cabelo no quarto, aquecimento bom. A funcionária brasileira Franciele é muito gentil.

- It's nobody's fault, but two of the three people I shared the room with had no manners!
