Alojamento muito sujo, minha epsosa e eu temos imunidade baixa e passamos os dias todos a tomar medicamento p alergias por causa da sujidade, não se podia abrir a porta do armário que era só pó, os lençóis sujos, uma negação. Emfim, já passou, mas não recomendo.

Para no volvee,no lo recomiendo.Pesima limpieza, el baño pequeño con moho y perdiendo agua y un olor en todo el hotel a humedad terrible de lo peor que he estado a lo largo de mi vida y es mucho.

The accommodations provided were not in keeping with what was advertised. The room was dingy, dusty, and smelled musty. The bathroom toilet was falling apart and barely flushed. Because of this I was not able to stay at the facility. We also emailed the owner about the condition and got no response. Not even acknowledging receipt. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Unfortunately the room was dirty, and worst of all it smelled musty (it smelled very musty). Dirty sink, dirty teacup too, bed had a lot of hair and moths (insects).

Reception was friendly, location was good. But the room was dirty, the bed loud and uncomfortable.

La pire experience hôtelière que j'ai eu : EXTREMEMENT SALE (champignons sur les coussins, sols crasseux, couvertures...), odeur de moisi, chambre MINUSCULE, extrêmement bruyant : route car très passante et pavée, les hoteliers "parlent" entre eux très fort jusqu'à minuit, on entend TOUT : les portes, les pas... Des dizaines de choses sont cassées : serrures, portant de serviettes, couvertures déchirées. 3 nuits sans dormir sur 5. HORRIBLE! 50 euros, la nuit pour ça, franchement inac...

This place is not worth more than a hostel room. The bathroom was sooo small that made every movement super hard (and I'm not big). There was couple next to my door at night having the loudest sex ever, I could hear all and the staff didn't do anything. Facilities in general very poor for the price.

Pro: 1. Location is near the center 2. The staff is very nice and considerate. They also know English which is a plus compared to other places I have been in Portugal Cons (and we have a lot): 1. Cleanliness was terrible (the sheets had pieces of hair, some of the bed linens were dirty too) 2. A pipe from the toilet was broken so when we flushed the water flooded the bathroom floor everytime 3. Bathroom was very small and the shower was moldy and on the wall we have found pieces of hair

Annonce/photos mensongères. Cet hôtel est une honte et ne devrait pas avoir le droit de louer des chambres. A notre arrivée on essaye de nous extorquer du cash en mentionnant que nous ne pouvons pas payer par carte selon hostel world. La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos. Arnaque! Trouvée dans un état de saleté incroyable (draps tachés, mur crasseux et humides, mycoses, cafards etc). Tellement sale que nous en sommes tombés malades! Même le gel douche est coupé à l’eau par la gé...

Scrivo la recensione con rammarico, perché il personale che ho conosciuto è gentile e molto disponibile, ma non mi sono trovata molto bene. La struttura è in un'ottima posizione, il prezzo molto conveniente. Wifi sì, ma scarso. Il livello di igiene però è veramente scarso: odore di umido, lenzuola vecchie e macchiate, cerata con tracce di precedenti ospiti, sotto il letto polvere e capelli. Pessimo! Non ci torneremo. Diciamo subito che l’hotel è un hotel a 1 stella. Nella descrizione viene affermato di essere a 3 stelle ma ciò non è vero OK: comodo con il centro di Porto; economico NO OK: - no ascensore e scale troppo strette - No aria condizionata - stanza per 4 è davvero piccola - lenzuola sporche di capelli e sabbia - Coperte sporche, macchiate e impolverate - Testiera dei letti sporca, macchiata e polverosa - Bagno umido,no finestra, ruggine - polvere ovunque

The staff is amazing ! The girl there is really helpful and nice. She is an English native speaker.

Staff were great, felt secure. Bathroom super tiny and awkward to get in and out of the shower. Worst part was neighbor next door shouting at 5am one night, then being super loud at 1:30am the next.

Its the definition of a budget hotel. No AC, walls between rooms are thin. May as well not even have a door to the toilet as its a sliding door and serves no purpose. Staff were super friendly and it was clean. Its a good location. 15min walk and you are in the City centre etx. Free luggage storage after check out which was handy.

Good location, close to everything we wanted to do. Friendly, nice and accommodating staff. Some downsides there was no fan and the room was hot (maybe they could have provided one for us, but it was too late at night to ask), and there was a lot of street noise so it was difficult to sleep. Room was very small but had a nice bathroom with a tub. Toiletries, fridge, safe, linens, all provided. The hostel does not have a patio/outside area but there is a bar and breakfast area in the building.

Just in the city center....we always come here!!!!!

El váter perdía agua, todo lleno de polvo, las sabanas estaban limpias pero el resto de ropa de cama tenia manchas y lo más grave: la persona que nos hizo la habitación dejó la puerta abierta de par en par con la llave puesta mientras fue a buscar toallas. Llegamos justo en ese momento y nos preocupó porque todas nuestras cosas estaban a la vista y al alcance de cualquiera que pasara por allí. En resumen, un sitio descuidado en todos los sentidos.
