A solid hostel with a great bar. Staff are 10/10 hilarious and lovely and with great accents (you know who you are). A little tough to break into big social groups but they put on so many great events you’ll have lots of chances. Big kitchen and laundry, nice rooms especially with balconies. It’s a little out of the city but really close to the beach/great running spot and a short tram to the centre.

+ Good ,friendly feeling about the place. Food was excellent. Location for our event ( palais theatre) was also great. Was within walking distance. Beach and shops also close.

+ Events hosted were all really fun. Staff were really friendly and always happy to help with any issues. Food was great value with discount for people staying and discount at the bar. GOKI app made it really easy to access all areas needed.
- Cleanliness could of been improved. Under the beds were often not hoovered and only the general floor space was. Fridges were often full so minimal space to put items.

+ Comfy, quiet, great location
If you're young and want to party, then this hostel is PERFECT for you. If you are wanting a quiet or wholesome vibe, then this place is NOT for you. Also worth noting that a lot of people that stay here have been here for a few weeks. Easy to meet people despite this, though. We didn't plan on joining the party but the party quite literally came to us as everyone drinks in the dorm rooms. The night we were there, the party did go on to about 1am. We did bring good earplugs, though.
