+ Reasonably priced in the back streets. The staff worked with what they had to offer.
- Where do I start? Black mould throughout the bathroom, Hot water didn't work, we had to ask for a shower in another room where the water pressure was so low I couldn't wash off the soap. It too had dodgy taps so I gave up. Internet worked about 20% or the time and then drops out. Included breakfast was confirmed and the we sat there waiting with no staff. I asked someone about it then they furiously made something that was inedible. Oh.... Its also still under construction. Places like this need to be shut down or they need to run properly.

- Das Hotel hat unseren geplanten Aufenthalt am Vortag der geplanten Anreise trotz Bestätigung durch Booking.Com abgesagt. Es war in der Semana Santa unmöglich in Paracas kurzfristig eine Alternative zu bekommen. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Mietwagen und konnten auf einen anderen Ort ausweichen. Wir mussten deutlich mehr bezahlen und sind gespannt, wie Booking.Com sich bezüglich Kulanz verhält. Unser Eindruck isf auch, dass das Hotel keine gute Kommunikationsleistung hat.

+ No llegamos a ir. Cancelamos la reserva. No supieron explicar el porqué nos querían dejar mucho más el precio del que aparecía en Booking.
- La atención del personal que responde los mensajes del Booking. Imagínense ir a un lugar con la esperanza de que ya tienes un lugar para dormir y al final por el trato más que por el dinero de más, no vayas y te quedes sin hotel a última hora. Gracias a Dios encontramos un hotel. Pienso que en caso de servicios de hotel podrían mejorar la relación que puedan tener con sus huéspedes o posibles huéspedes. El lugar en fotos se ve muy bonito.
+ tu zona de parking era la calle y es inseguro porque no hay luces. ademas ellos no se iban a responsabilizar por las posibles perdidas.

- Existe um problema com a ducha quente. É uma quantidade limitada que acabou no dia que nos hospedamos e os funcionários não conseguiram resolver. Nós tomamos banho de caneca com água morna, esquentada pelos funcionários na cozinha. O café da manhã é das 7 as 8 apenas. Fizemos o passeio de barco nesse horário e portanto não conseguimos usufruir do café. Para o pagamento, conversão do dólar para soles foi a mais alta de todos os lugares que nos hospedamos no Peru. A limpeza também deixou a desejar, o banheiro tinha cabelos nos azulejos e a varanda estava cheia de areia.
Horrible!! Don’t go here. We arrived and although everything was confirmed, they claimed not to have our reservation. They just laughed at us and said there was nothing available and they send us out onto the street again. Horrible service!! (Same happened with the people before us)

- Desayuno
+ La habitación con camas dobles es confortable y el lugar es fresco. La ubicación es cercana al muelle y centro donde están los comercios y servicios, además del malecón. El lugar es seguro aún de noche.
- La recepcionista no está informada de las reservas y no maneja los medios de pago, el desayuno se sirve muy tarde. La chapa de la habitación está floja. No hay buena información de los horarios de ingreso y cierre del hotel. El sistema de cable tv no funciona y el internet no conecta desde la TV.
- Cuando llegué al hotel por la tarde me encontré con la sorpresa de que la habitación que había reservado se la habían entregado a otra persona. Me ofrecieron otra que no cumplía con las condiciones que buscábamos así es que preferimos buscar otro hotel.

- Es liegt ein wenig fernab. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig und stickig und im Bad hat es geschimmelt. Die Rezeption war selten besetzt. Trotz Angabe bekamen wir kein Frühstück. Es war die ganze Nacht laut. Leider also kein schöner Aufenthalt :(
+ De locatie was goed, klein stukje lopen naar het centrum.
- Er werd nog gebouwd, bouwvakkers waren op de verdieping boven ons aan het werk. Hier hebben we geen last van gehad.
