Nedajte sa odradit vyzorom zvonka, vnutri je to ovela krajsie 🙂 Kuchynka fajn, spolocenska miestnost nedorobena, spalna OK ale mala viac posteli ako mala mat. Matrac dobry, paplon prilis teply a velky Vsade prach a spina na podlahe. Kupelna prijemna, ale tiez s odlupenou omietkou. Poloha blizko verejnej dopravy a restiky Zerucha 🙂 Ma to potencial, ale este nie naplno vyuzity.

V new hostel, not complete. Rooms were nice, kitchen was great. However construction materials were everywhere, wires from the wall, etc. No mirrors anywhere. These things weren’t there (but are listed on HW): TV, book exchange, nightclub, mini supermarket, cctv, board games (just cards and jenga), 24/7 reception. Owner invited a DJ who blasted loud harddubstep. Not the vibe, everybody left common area. Hearing “let’s go motherf*” being yelled to an empty room does something to you. Not ...

This is (or will be) a really nicely presented hostel. It's currently being renovated but it's operational. It's not in Strbske Pleso, but about 15 mins train ride + 6 mins walk away. This might add time to your long hiking day, but I think Strbske Pleso is more expensive. Dorms are nice. The kitchen, showers etc are good. Currently, there are fewer power outlets than beds in the dorms, which would not be ideal if full. Why install talking locks on dorm rooms??? Every time someone attempts to en...

The toilets were not really clean.

The hostel is pretty clean and new with comfy beds, although each bed didn’t have its own outlet and light. The location is a short walk from the train to get to the mountains which is convenient. There were dishes left in the sink most nights I was there. There was also work being done on the showers but the bathrooms were pretty clean.

The hostel is located really close to the High Tatras, its in a house so its really cozy and nice. Walking distance to the train station with links to Poprad and Bratislava, also to the lake and hiking trails. Equipped with modern kitchen facilities, and good security in the rooms, its just that its a bit pricey. Beds were really comfortable.

Amazing and really cozy hostel!! My stay here was awesome and with a great atmosphere around hiking and sports! The common area is really amazing for sharing, drinking but also for studying or chilling. The place is very close to the Štrba train station, which is just at 15min away from Štrbské Pleso if you catch the correct train.

Super comfy new hostel with the best beds and big bar room for parties and movie nights and a big kitchen, had a lot of fun!

Best hostel for hiking Tatraas mountains

This hostel has a great location! You are in a quiet place and the train station is nearby at the same time. From the train station you can go to Poprad, Bratislava and of course to the mountains⛰️

Loved my stay here! Super nice atmosphere, very well equipped kitchen, laundry room and super nice beds with charging ports! Plus the location is perfect as it’s about a 5 minute walk from the train station so you can get into Poprad or the High Tatra mountains very easily!

great hostel for mountain and hiking lovers. perfect location just near Štrba station with easy access to trails. clean, cozy, and with a friendly atmosphere. the beds are very comfortable, and everything is well thought out

Amazing trip and staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms and common areas were clean, and the atmosphere was very welcoming

Great spot for access to the Tatra range - walkable to the train station and a fantastic restaurant across the street. It attracted a fun crowd of people ready to go hike or soak in hot springs. Rooms were nice (newly renovated) and in-house bar is a bonus.

Hostel is so conveniently close to the train stations. Staff were super helpful and friendly especially with planning hikes + further travels. Kitchen and rooms were super modern with everything you will need. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Great hostel if you like hiking or just a chill stay in the mountains. Lots of hikes very close by! The building itself is super clean and modern. Bed was probably the most comfortable hostel bed I’ve slept in.

on arrival,noone was there,no email with entry code was sent,called the contact number, was busy,after noone picked up, after i sent email and text saying im here saying nobody is here to open.They asked where and thats it. Looks bad from outside, lots of trash, looks like abandoned place, seems still ongoing construction/repairs staff not present.But on positive note, inside-which is more important, brand new, comfy bed and dorm, also bathrooms, also toiletries provided, nice kitchen and coffee
