- No decía en su pagina que se compartia habitacion y fue demasiado incomodo. Tambien decia que quedaba frente a la playa lo cual es mentira

- Unfriendly staff, charged more than what was shown on booking.com, they gave us money back but still wouldn’t go back there again, the staff didn’t look happy that we were there, location was far away from everything

+ The location was great. Looked relaxing and cleaned. However, we didn’t get a chance to stay.

- The facility lacks service personnel. We arrived early thinking we could have lunch and some drinks. The kitchen was closed at noon and the bar had very limited (two) choice of drinks. We had to leave a find a place to have lunch. We didn’t come back after all.

+ Beautiful Pool Area + Hammocks. Goid recommndatiins of area restaurants. Great responsiveness from Ownership (when things did not go as planned)

- (Dormitory) room temperature (dictated by ownership to remain at 25 C or above). This policy resulted in a room with no air flow (still/stagnant air throughout the night). Thus, I was not able to sleep comfortably, and left the room to "attempt to sleep" outside (with bugs). I do appreciate that hotel staff empathized.. Of course, I still experienced an uncomfortable overnight experience.

- Terrible value for a "premium " hotel room. The pool was green looking, in need of maintenance. Pool deck chairs were occupied it appeared to be by day pass clients, leaving no space for guests. The pool loungers need recovering, all worn. Perhaps all of these issues would be fine for dorm guests in a hostal, which it partially is - but to charge a premium for a couple of hotel rooms, find another hotel or village.

+ La ubicación y las instalaciones comunes. Lugar bonito y agradable.

- 1. La ventana del baño deja ver en interior por completo cuando es de noche desde el distribuidor de la casa. 2. El cabezal de la ducha hacía muy difícil ducharse con cierta comodidad. 3. El personal es muy agradable, pero el servicio de recepción es muy mejorable. 4. El chat de atención al cliente esta automatizado de manera muy práctica, pero el seguimiento por parte del personal va con retraso.

- People staying in the property seemed to be friends or employees, it was a little bit weird asking questions because they’re just hanging out.

+ Staff were awesome, spacious kitchen with massive fridges, amazing pool & bar

+ Nice vibe, friendly people and very good restaurant. Close to beach. Easy to rent a scooter. Thanks for everything! Would def come back.

+ Wonderful stay! Lovely staff, beautiful building. Clean pool, nice deck chairs. Good food! Ac dorm. Just overall beautiful and relaxing place, 1 minute from the beach. Very accommodating towards arriving early or checking out late, i got there at 9.30am and could hop in the pool and store my luggage till check in. Kyle even gave me a free breakfast coffee ❤️

+ Great location, right next to the beach, relaxed feel to the place, friendly staff, food very tasty

+ I had a very nice and relaxing time at Casaola. Mati is an excellent manager and an open-minded person. The food is excellent – you definitely have to try the shrimp burrito ;) I will definitely come back!

- rooms look better online. If you are ok with just the minimum that’s fine then.
