Hotel O My Hotel

+ The hotel was shut down not on operation, and no information was given in advance, upon arrival found the hotel was shutdown, I have to find another alternative hotel to stay. Very bad!

- 1. Hotel picture in Booking are different with the real place. This is unacceptable. 2. The staff unprofessional 3. Facilities were very poor. 4. Building smell bad and no centralised aircond 5. Elevator cannot be used. They give reason recently problem but from my observation it was in a bad condition and not being used in a long time. 6. Room air-conditioning was not cold and dirty. 7. My suggestion this hotel should not be included in booking.com since it wasn't meet qulity and expectations of user.

- I rented 3 room was given a room with no window once. Check in that room it is smelly, bed was not properly down and the Hygiene was terrible. Toilet sink has black fungus, no hair dryer, rundown interior, smelly room and stained bedsheets, blanket and pillow. I was given no choice but to squeeze 4 adults and two teenage in one window room. They was 6 of us book into this hotel with 3 rooms but ended up staying only 2 rooms. The 2 window rooms was noisy because near busy road. Air con was making noise too. Bedsheets was dirty, Aircon remote not functioning, toilet door cannot close tied from outside. It was horrible experience for us.

- The room was nothing like the pictures. The hotel name on the card was different. The lift has not been working for a long time, and our room was on the third floor. There was a stain on the bed. The room and toilet were not clean. It was very noisy until 6 a.m. because there was a club nearby.

- During my stay, loud music from the disco located behind the hotel continued until 2:00 a.m. The noise was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I hope the hotel can address this issue to improve guest comfort in the future.
