- The heaters weren't working, even though it was very cold. The hotel was full of drunks. We put things in front of our door at night so they wouldn't try to open it.

- Wszystko. Bardzo mała przestrzeń, nie dało się obrócić w łazience. Brudno - w łazience na kafelkach przyklejony był pukiel włosów. Brakowało prześcieradeł i poszewek. Łóżko okropnie skrzypiało przy każdym ruchu... Dramat.
+ The hostel is close to Alexanderplatz. Common transport stations near to the hostel. The reception area is spacious and good for socializing, reading, working, or even eating.
- I woke up in the morning of my first night with a red neck and arm fully of bites, I didn't figure out what it was, until the second day in the morning with more bites on my face, I found bed bugs below my pilow and on the bed side, I went directly to the reception with photos and a short video, a rude employee just kept saying this in not bed bugs, just normal bugs !! just she doesn't care to what happened to me at all !!! I asked to leave the hostel and to refund my stay, she said all I can do is to change your room later, here's an email address and you can write to your complain! I wrote an email immediately, I got an answer few hours later, it was a customer care manager, she appologied and said that she will refund the cost of washing my clothes and medication. I sent the receipts and nothing happened since then, they don't reply to my emails anymore and nothing is refunded !

+ lobby area and breakfast were fine. Horrible staff including managers-really bad people. Only two male receptionists, one German and one Spanish were OK. The others very nasty, disrespectful people. It was a nightmare.

Especially, the woman receptionist from Kazakhstan, the guy receptionist from Yemen, and the young female manager were very bad people, very rude and disrespectful. They totally targeted me. Then the brainwashed also their manager, a guy I met the day when they kicked me out because I complained about there horrible treatment. The manager seemed very racist also. He did not even allow me to tell him why I was complaining about them. This was a nightmare, it ruined my holidays, I was the whole time under stress. I even suffered theft twice, one my headphones, the second 100 cash were stolen from my wallet in my room ! The money was stolen from a guy from Turkey in room 1414. I filed police reports but my money is gone. Nobody can do anything about that. Three French kids came in the room 2 am and were making noise and turned on head lights of room even though they knew I was sleeping. They did not care and when I opened the window for 5 minutes to get some fresh air in the room, they went to reception and complained to get me out of the room. The receptionists mentioned above were happy to believe them because they were 3 friends traveling together and I was alone.

- Stuff is tottaly rude and incompetent they're hopeless they do not help you the room and the bed when I arrived it was dirty so I must change a bed from number 8 to number 4 !

- Houve uma inundação no nosso quarto, aparentemente ninguém sabe quem foi, tinha as minhas roupas e mala super molhadas e sujas. Começaram obras no prédio e não fomos informados do mesmo.

- The incredibly loud construction that would wake me up on my vacation at 7 AM every single day (weekends included). Greedy and disgusting to keep renting those to people without warming.

- Our room was extremely small, just a bed in all the room, 1 suspention for coats and bathroom. We didn’t even have a space to open luggages (we had 2 small hand luggages), so each time we had to put them on bed. In pictures it looks like normal 14 m2 apartment, but in reality we got ~8 m2 room. Also the window was broken, so we heard lots of noises from the street and cold air flow. It also has thin walls, so you can hear others in rooms around. One night there were polish student group who stood up until very late hours (like 1-2 am) and were running to other rooms, slamming the doors. It was very disturbing. Also the breakfast is overpriced (11,9 eur for some slices of meat, cheese, boiled egg and coffee), we found cheaper and better places on the street. All in all, I really don’t recommend choosing this place, because there are many better options.

Just amazing! The decor, the atmosphere, the location, everything was great and perfect for travelling on a budget. Would definitely come back!
good place for the price, my only complaint the shower wasn’t draining so it was a bit uncomfortable to shower. Other than that we had a great time the bed and sheets were clean and our roommates were nice
A good price, location is okay since it’s next to a u-bahn so it’s pretty easy getting everywhere! Not a place to socialise/meet people since it’s huge and there’s a lot of couples/families/school groups, but I didn’t mind since the website chat was good in the city! Overall I would stay again if on a budget:)

Insgesamt ok, allerdings ist vom Schlafsaal aus mit z B 8 Personen jeweils nur ein Sanitärbereich incl. WC zugänglich. Baulich würden in diesen Raum locker auch je zwei Duschkabinen und WCs 'rein passen.
A really nice place for the price that they offer, everything works goods in the hostel only my bed it was like old the usb entrance to charge the phone that it didn’t work, you can stay more time in lobby after the check out without and also your thinks in the lockers if you have a lock or also pay if is the case that you don’t have.
Badezimmer war nicht sauber und das Zimmer auch nicht wirklich. Personal sehr freundlich. In der Gemeinschaftsküche gab es kaum- bis keine Utensilien.
Absolutely huge block of ciment of a hostel but really not bad. Reception is very helpful and was understanding when me and my girlfriends needed to change rooms due to a strange guy. Located in front of the Trésor Club if you’re interested in that but otherwise has so many student groups and classes due to its size, it can get intense with all the teenagers running around. Great beds and room regardless.

Everything was fine accept the prices at bar and cleanliness in the room. They do not inform about missing towels. Atmosphere is great.
The staff at check-in were not helpful, however the rest were really great! Security in rooms could be improved, the "lockers" were just large-mesh cages under the beds (and by large mesh I mean you could easily fit your hands in through the holes...........). Overall great value for cost and comfy beds with nice storage bins along the side and a really convenient location
Elegí una habitación de cuatro para mi y mis amigas, era muy moderna y cómoda. La limpieza bien pero se olvidaron de cambiar la papelera del baño. La ubicación es muy conveniente, al lado de varias discotecas, y bien comunicada con transporte publico para moverse por la ciudad.
I chose a room for four for me and my friends, it was very modern and comfortable. cleaning was good but they forgot to change the toilet paper. the location is very convenient, next to several nightclubs, and well connected by public transport to get around the city.
Is full of kids! You wont meet any travelers!
The kitchen was unequipped. There were no dishes, no working oven, far too few hotplates, no plates, and the space was too small. People working there are really nice. I felt safe. Chilling area is fine. Rooms are okay. Breakfast way too expensive (12€).
Great stay- we only had one night as a family of 4 but the left luggage was easy, the facilities were fab and the staff were super friendly. Would definitely return!
Très grande auberge de jeunesse. Elle a la particularité d'avoir une salle de bain par chambre, ce qui n'est pas négligable. Le petit déjeuner est bon, sans plus. Dommage que certaines lampes et prises au bord du lit ne fonctionnent pas.
Very large hostel. it has the peculiarity of having a bathroom per room, which is not negligible. the breakfast is good, no plus. too bad that some lamps and sockets at the edge of the bed do not work.
Stayed for a couple of nights here in Berlin, lovely staff. A bit out of the way from Berlin centre however still walkable. Facilities were basic and clean, had what we needed for our stay
Sehr großes Hostel mit gemischtem Publikum. Unser Zimmer war zum Innenhof, was abends und nachts zu einem gewissen Lautstärkepegel geführt hat. Im Bad konnte man das Alter des Gebäudes erkennen.
Our room was on the Innenhof, which led to a certain level of loudness in the evenings and nights. in Bad you could recognize the Alter des Gebäude.

Really loved this place. It’s a room in the party district so obviously there’s gonna be people coming in late from a night out. If you’re okay with that then it’s perfect - definitely coming back!!
